Sylvius Hieronymus Asparagus sir very simply i was suffering from panic disorder followed by a series of mental health issues such as anxiety level 2, depression phase 3 and ego and anger disorder stage 2. Bad habits such as laziness, financial insanity, family issues and career instability, i also had a very narrow and blunt approach toward life. After getting into his guidance my outlook and perceiving are completely changed. e.g. i no longer have panic attacks, fear of not getting attention, i have wisdom to spend wealth wisely. i have a humble approach towards by family members, i respect rules and ethics, i started studying health and mind wel being related subjects, most importantly i quit smoking. I also have started to stay happy most of the times, regained interest in listening to music. i can go on. All i am trying to say now i have started to learn how body and mind works and i want yo continue spiritual practices to grow further in this dimension. Spirituality now i understand is all about paying attention and then act or do not act or must act. Thank you for investing time and asking question

once something like this happened to me, i found myself experiencing things i did not understand, my original purpose was to become spiritual so i seeked from everything, but as i was raised a christian, i associated these new sensations and experiences with God, thats when i got lost. the state i was in lasted about two months. now what i want to know is just understand what has happened to me. it felt terrible but i really miss it. as sadhguru said, it was an unkown terrain. and now i just wanna get to know it.

@ Sadguru 🙏. I really want to admit to you some thing. I never use to understand your videos initially. But, don't know why I still search your videos. First few videos were just bouncers for me,not able to understand anything. But,still I search your videos, whenever I want to know some thing. I don't know what is the significance of this. I was initiated early morning around 3am ,as if someone is trying to wake me up. I started meditation during that time ,as I felt I am guided to do so.

@@warsaint3579 I have had multiple dreams, but the most prevalent and reoccurring one is of a huge striped, Jupiter like planet with a smaller moon like planet in front of it that fills the entire part of the sky that I am facing. These dreams began in January of last year and since then I have actually seen multiple Celestial bodies next to the Sun and countless people are now posting their own evidence of such. I want to stress however, that in EVERY one of these dreams I feel so much love and peace and am "told" by someone with me to "not fear as there is no such thing as death". I can personally attest to that this is true because I had a NDE in 2013 that changed my life for the best.
