Take a garlic clove, peel it, rub your fingers with it and pick the yolk up, pull the albumen off with the fingers of your other hand. Works every time.

@@AsiaCoffee I didn’t believe it until I did it, then tp prove it I did it again and it works. If you try it post a video, or look it up there’s tons of videos on it. I make a lot of ice cream which requires only yolks so I tried so many ways to separate an egg and this messy but as I say it works.
I've never tried method #2, but definitely will now! I love how this quickly shows options with and without tools! :)
