Hello and thanks for the vidoes 😊 My question from this video is, have you ever come across any loose stitches after washing and ironing?

No, I have come across a few I forgot to do the top leg of the stitch and had to fix it but have never had stitches come loose during washing or ironing

Thanks for this tutorial. I had heard you needed to wash it, but didn't know *why*, and so had underestimated the importance of washing it. I've heard, however, that more delicate pieces that use things like silk thread and beads and stuff like that shouldn't be washed. Do you have tips for how to either wash it anyways or how to keep those oils and acids from getting onto those materials at all?

I have no experience with silk threads or beads but from what I’ve read it’s probably best to find a trusted dry cleaner to take care of those.

Hi! I love your videos! :) Have you had an issues with colors running when cleaning your finished pieces? I'm working on a big project which has blocks of red and blue with some white, so naturally, I'd be concerned about those darker colors staining the white! While it will be a long time before it's concern, I'd rather know what I'll be up against when the time does come!! Thank you! :)

I have not had any problems. What brand of thread are you using? DMC is guaranteed to be colorfast.

A blogger here did a colorfast test with five different brands of floss here using red on white cloth and they were all good.
