Thanks Gary. I really enjoyed your video and the explanation of the Blue hour. I too love the Lake District and you make it come to life with your lens and your person.
subscribed! Landscape photography requires patience waiting for that perfect timing; only way you could get the best images! I used to just shoot whats in there for me; I should also try putting other props like what you did on the tree branch! Cool video.
It has been proven that Gary is the greatest name in the world. Ha! Nice presentation. I am a published bird photographer from across the pond. Decided to dive into landscapes full force. Learning a lot from Thomas Heaton and now you!! Got myself a nice Lee set and working on adding more filters when I get paid again lol God bless you and take care!!
I'm a little late to video here, but after stumbling on this, you've got a new subscriber and fan. I love shooting in the blue hour as well. I'm looking forward to going through some of your other videos as well. Keep up the great work on the videos, and those were some stunning photos too.
How about a 15 foot tree washed up on beach lol. Took two of us to stand it up and get balanced, and yes we did put it back when finished. Love the 2nd to last image most, one sweet shot.
Hi Gary , got recommended you youtube channel by a college today, so I thought i would have a look, very pleased i did, amazing images. I will subscribe watch all of your videos over time. Thanks for sharing

Great Video Gary! Another subscriber here, I love shooting the Blue Hour, it's amazing how a scene can change so much in just a few minutes, thats why never go home straight after sunset!
Hello Gary, what a great collection of shots you got in this one, I am loving the long exposures. Moving the log might be seen by some as a cheat but it totally improved the photo, thanks for all you do, see you soon Derek
You got another subscriber Gary, nice video and brilliant images and I love your presentation style, cheers mate and thanks for all the effort that goes into a vlog.
Hi Gary, great video :) I also love to shoot the blue hour most of my images are from that time. I photograph city's with London being my main place to shoot. My favorite image you took here was at about 8.46. I look forward to seeing more from you.
Loved the bit where you added the 'prop' into the water, somebody told me a while back not to be afraid of 'doing the gardening' to improve your shots, how right he was! I've hit subscribe, gonna take a look at your back catalogue now. Great work! Oh yes, and 4pm sounds a lot better than 4am, agreed!
Lovely photos .I am a massive hill walker and I am just about to buy a Fuji XT2 to try landscape photography. About time I tried to capture those moments.
