- On day 55, I hiked about 15 miles from a campsite to Four Pines Hostel. Along the way, I passed the 700 mile mark and saw amazing views from Dragon’s Tooth.

I wish I could go back and relive my youth and experience the active outdoor life you are. I wasn’t aware of hiking until mid-life and am doing what I can. Welcome to the Triple Crown! I have been up there to Dragon's Tooth a couple of times, mostly day-hiking (the trail up there really is pretty gnarly). I stayed at Four Pines during the fall a few years ago, and while everyone was out of that main room they pulled back all the furniture and dressed a few deer in there. It's a beautiful setting and great location to take on the Crown. But it isn't a bed and breakfast for sure.
