Just ordered my ZL1 addons front splitter with Rods for my 2015 Charger Hellcat. Couple issues during install. As Matt shows in this video the HC has an intercooler line Mounted in underneath the center of the radiator so I have to use the outer spots. With that being said my splitter did not have the oval holes drilled out so I had to modify it myself and drill my own holes. Everything else went pretty smooth until we got to the final steps of installing the rods. I either got the wrong rods sent to me or the wrong hardware, none of it works with each other. Some directions would be nice because every single TH-cam video I have seen either their camera dies 🙄 or they don’t show the rod installation, couldn’t find a ZL1 addons video for installing splitter rods. Need some help guys, will give a shout tomorrow. Excellent looking product, excellent company 👍🏼🙌🏼👌🏼
I have a 2019 and I’m having same issue. I used the outer holes on the radiator support but the pre-drilled holes don’t align. I guess I will have to drill my own holes to match . They should have addressed this. Existing holes are 10” apart and the outer holes where the brackets mound are 17” apart. What a pain in the behind
I was going to ask the same thing. It looks like the back bracket mount bolts go through the removable plastic access piece. I am not seeing how you would do an oil change without pulling most of the bolts / screws out of the bottom. Have a 2019 Charger Scat, do you ship to APO's?
Paul, I was looking at that today during my install. For me to do an oil change properly on my Hellcat I need to drain the intercooler as well which allows any excess dirty oils to drain out. With that being said you cannot access that oil line without removing that first belly pan that your splitter mounts over. I am really not looking forward to taking off my splitter every time I have to do an oil change, not to mention taking out all those bolts and push pins every time it is going to be interesting...
Great product. Bought mine and installed a few days ago and LOVE IT. But here’s something I do want to mention they didn’t in the video that I wish I would of known before ordering. If you’re like me and ordered the splitter with the rods THEY WILL SHIP THEM SEPARATELY. Your splitter will get there at MINIMUM three days before the rods. Would of loved to knew that before purchasing. Hope this helps. Best splitter in the country.
i just open my box with my splittter and i dont even have the bracket and is not put together can somoone let me know if zl1 change how this splitter is install
C Gene yes I did zl1 told me I order the wrong splitter but they replace it all and now I have it install good product very well made and good customer service thank you.
The only holes that are not pre-drilled are if you own a Hellcat Charger. You will need to match drill the holes intot he radiator brace to avoid the harness line.

Just Purchase the front splitter for my 2020 WB HC Charger, not really a fan of the splitter rods, do I really need to run the splitter rods?
