You can definitely move the handlebar as closer as you can, you can send an email to their support, they will send you a video of how it is done.

On the X2, the tightening levers can ratchet such that by pushing the lever up, it will move to a position without tightening and thus will move beyond any obstruction such as the seat or handlebar uprights. Try that. Also, on the pedals, you could try a pedal wrench and some grease; remove the pedal, apply the grease, and retighten.

hi! did you ever figure out how to fix the clicking? I just bought this bike off craiglist yesterday (barely used) - it works like a charm, but sometimes on low resistance and cadence, I hear the clicking/knocking too only in the right pedal. Also, for the knob to move the seat and handlebars, you can pull the black lever down to crank it so it doesn't hit the bar!

We ended up just tightening it and it randomly stopped clicking 🤷🏽‍♀️. It took a few days to figure out how tight/loose it should be.

Yeh I wonder that too. I'm 5 feet but I have short legs and a long torso. Shitty combo lol
