Happy stitching!!
Evelyn is adorable what a great project she did.
So wonderful to see your beautiful faces! Evelyn is growing up sooo fast! So many beautiful stitches and finishes. Yes, yes, yes; the blue FG will look wonderful on the snowman quilt. Very wintery and can be up from Christmas through Februaryish. Looking forward to seeing progress on everything!
I am excited to start the Bunny Hill. It will be such a fun one to make. Have a great Thanksgiving!
Love seeing all your beautiful projects. Thank you for another great video.
Always enjoy you ladies & your projects! Heather, your daughter is your twin!
Really?! People keep saying that! I'm happy to hear it. She looks a lot like my sister when she was little and my mom too!
My goodness, Evie is such a sweetheart! It seems like when these little people start school they change and grow up so fast. Love all of your projects of all kinds, you both are very inspiring. I’m going to have to find directions for C2C afghan, I agree they don’t have to be huge in size. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving!🦃🍁🦃
Enjoyed catching up! Your framing choices were perfect! Love seeing all your craftiness!
Thank you so much for the amazing video ladies! It is always lovely to see (all three) of you - when I see that you've posted it just makes my day. 😊💛👍🏻
Evelyn is adorable 😊 she’s going to be showing off her cross-stitching soon enough. My grandmother started me young with plastic canvas projects. Maybe that’s something she will eventually be interested in.
Love all your projects especially the stocking. Victorian cottage is a great description of it.
Have you ever had your greenhouse on here? I’d love to see it. Presently my husband is building me one out of doors & windows
Thats my dream greenhouse Melissa!! I have been collecting windows to eventually do that at this house. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving 🍁
@@CraftyCottageStitches Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving also 😊
Cool scarf Evelyn! Janette your finishes are beautiful and your wool applique is awesome. Heather your quilt is going to be so pretty with those fabrics. I love homemade seasonal pictures, pillows. I cross-stitched so many things for Fall this year. It was nice catching up with you both and Evelyn. Happy Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving Cindy!
Evie is so cute!!Love seeing you girls and your projects
Omg she is getting so big and beautiful. And smart as a whip God bless you guys. Love u. Linda from Rhode Island
Happy Halloween to your sweet little Fairy Princess, Evie! It's so nice to see you all and to see what you'e been up to with your beautiful projects! You are totally influencers! Haha! As Laura (the Serial Starter) says, I "schoomed" a couple of times to "add to cart" the sweet Christmas embroidery stitches as well as the Bunny Hill Designs quilt pattern. I love the French General blues and creams you are using for the snowman quilt!! Wishing you a wonderful month ahead, filled with fun making, and a delicious Thanksgiving celebration with your family! 😊💖
Happy Halloween Suzie🎃 The Bunny Hill quilt is going to be such a fun quilt to make. Let us know what fabrics you pick! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving
So glad to see you both today!! Such inspirational projects
Thank you, Tammy!
Love all the fun things that you guys work on Crosstitch and crochet. I had to go on and get some fun wool buttermilk basin stuff after seeing what you were working on. I just enjoy your floss tubes. Hope you all have a nice Thanksgiving with your family.
Thank you! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving
Maybe I'll start it with you Jeanette. I just love that snowman pattern. I have all the red fabric which I love.
You should!!
Hello ladies. Boy evelyn is getting so big, and so pretty. Great to see you guys
Awe thank you, Jeannette! She really is growing up so so fast 🥹
Great video and eye candy! Evelyn was so cute :) One of your previous videos inspired me to start the Glad Tidings wall hanging quilt by Jen Daly Quilts. I believe that it was Heather who had started it. My quilting bestie and I are making it together and are half way through! We planned it to be complete by Christmas, so fingers crossed. Your snowman quilts will be stunning!
Thank you for the reminder! I will pick that back up to finish too!! Isn’t it a fun quilt?!
We are loving it! The blocks are small but sew up pretty quick. Its a small quilt after all. Would love to see you get more progress!@@CraftyCottageStitches
I love Jingle All The Way. I have Merry Christmas To All.
I always love your videos! Evelyn is getting so big!
Thank you! She is growing so fast, isn't she?!
I really enjoyed your flosstube. I made the bunny hill snowman quilt and I loved it. I do a lot of applique and I find it is easier to prep the blocks and put them in their own little zip bags. Then you put each one together. I do the applique method where all the pieces have their edges turned under and then I hand stitch them down. It is called the freezer paper method. Good luck. Can’t wait to see you next time.
I bet it is gorgeous Sandy! I am going to do the needle turn method also. I really enjoy it. I will prep mine like you did in the baggies. I am excited to get started! Hope you have a great day😊
Lovely to have you both back. I’m very much in the mood for making my own items to decorate my house with seasonally or just in general.
I bought the French chic book too from our second hand book market in the Uk. I love the colour thread you used. I’m not sure what colour I’d like to do my alphabet sampler.
Loving the wool appliqué pattern think that’s going to be beautiful and it’s so handy when you can use a frame you have been saving 🎉
It's always fun to catch up with you & see what you're working on! I just can't believe how much Evie has grown, time flies!
Love, love, love the chickadee cross stitch….and the frame is perfect for it!!! 👏👏👏❤️
I have that snowman quilt and the fabric.
Hi ladies. I didn't realize that libraries had craft books like that. I will have to check my library. I also have a lot of wool. I love the Stacy Nash snowman, and drum, and since I'm a prim gal I'd do them both prim!
My son just went on a 2 week trip to Korea with his girlfriend, and it's a 15 hour flight. Talk about a momma being nervous! He gives me a link that shows me how many hours, and you can follow the flight path to see where they are. It's pretty cool.
Oh wow! That flight would send my mom into a coma I’m pretty sure 😂. The library has SO many craft books. The first time we went in the summer and really took time looking it was overwhelming how many amazing crafting books they had!
It's sew good to catch up. Enjoyed your video this week. especially Evie's contribution. She is very cute! Take a look at Primitive Gatherings new line, Dear Santa! It comes out in May of 2024. It has a Santa panel in it, that appears to be similar to your embroidery Santa. I have pre-ordered the panel to make a quilt. Love the French General idea on the Bunny Hill pattern. It will be beautiful! Till we meet again.
Makes my whole day to see you two ladies and gorgeous Miss Evelyn!
Hi 👋 ladies it was ice seeing y’all today and love your ffo’s and your crochet 🧶 is beautiful 🤩 have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🪡🧵🤗🤩
Great video! I love your tips on framing with all your vintage frames. The tip on the glass and having cut instead of buying new glass really makes sense too. I loved all of your show and tell and progress of projects.
I love the Santa that you are planning to embroider.
The Santa that I did on my quilt was from Aunt Martha’s Hot Iron Transfers called Jolly Ole Santa #3859. I think I got it from Hobby Lobby.
Thank you! I LOVE your Santa quilt so so much. Well everything you do actually🥰
I've started a block of the month from shabby fabrics called with my snowmies.
Fun! I think splitting some of my quilts up monthly will give me variety and keep me from just tucking away a project I might get bored with. And slowly make progress over the year. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Katherine!
It was so nice to hang out with you both! Love all of your finishes and project ideas ~ you are always such an inspiration.
Good to see you back! Evie is too cute! Jeanette, I think the pin cushion that looks like a Christmas pudding on the ball jar would look cute on top of a Christmas teacup.
Oh my goodness yes it would!!
Love seeing you guys ❤ your wool appliqué stocking is so my style. Love it so much
Thank you! It is totally me too🥰
Glad to see you two. Christmas is right around the corner, hard to believe. Hope you get all your Christmas projects done. Enjoyed your video. Happy stitching and quilting .
Lisa showed one Santa that is in her booth at Quilt Marketl It is so cute Love all your stuff Ladies.. Hugs
I will have to check it out!!
Her booth is dreamy!!
So happy to see you both❤
When did Evelyn go from 2 years old to 10 😉 She’s just darling and what a cute personality!
Jeanette, that beautiful finish you did with the bird and the house but needs glass could you tell us what fabric that is? It’s just gorgeous
Hi Chrissie I am trying to go back and figure out which fabric it is. I believe it is called Rue Green. 40 ct
@@CraftyCottageStitches 40 count 😱 I've never tried it!
I absolutely love it. Sorry if you said this already but what was name of pattern?
Jeanette, you look amazing and heed to do a you tube about your secret to looking so good. Is Heather your daughter? I just wondered because she talked about her mother in 3rd person??
Thanks Betsy!! Heather is my daughter😁 Was she being sarcastic and cray cray ? Lol I have two girls and she is my youngest.
Happy Thanksgiving🦃
I haven't started it yet either.
I read through the pattern and she has it set up so well. I am looking forward to starting it. Just need to find a few solids to go well😁
Loving all your FFP. Wondering what the pattern was for the chickadees you had mounted in the oval frame!
It’s a crossed wing collection pattern. There are so many options and so many beautiful bird patterns. If you google crossed wing collection chickadees there are patterns and kits from several places 😄
@@CraftyCottageStitches
Thanks so much! It’s still on 123 stitch so I’m for sure going to order it!
@@shaeclairmont5855 oh good! It’s so beautiful!
Could you please leave a link to your afghan pattern. Thanks!! Love all of your makes!!
Hi Cathy! It’s the Deaire crochet scarf. If you google that it should come right up. Can’t wait to hear about what you make with it 🥰
The scarf is beautiful but I am looking for the afghan corner to corner.😊
@@cathylarson7275 oh! There are so many versions! Do you have a Pinterest? If you just look up corner to corner crochet pattern, there are tons of free patterns to choose from (striped, non striped, etc.)
I get my glass at the glass shop
It is so much more affordable isn’t it? Hope you are well Pat🥰
Go Hawks!!!
I used to do alot of Paula Vaughn but gave them away to people having babies.
Wow! That is a wonderful gift
What is the pattern name for your crocheted scarf please
