I just contacted customer support, my C2 is vibrating a lot and forces on startup, it is dangerous because it starts very hard/fast. Do you know about that type of problem ? is it common ?
There is no customer support for this product and from this company! It's just a bad joke! I have a similar issue after 11 months - the motor has a very loud sound and not working properly. Since 1 month I'm trying to get someone from them to do their obligation and support their damn broken unit - but no reaction or only stupid ping pong mails going back and fourth without a fix or solution. It's just very disappointing! This video is also a joke, as it's called "check and repair", but they are only disassembling the whole unit. Where is the check and repair section?

The advertisement mentioned 1 year warranty 😭 What's the point of paying triple price since I can get the cheaper one with same function. Don't tell me they want use to dissemble ourselves base on this video. That's ridiculous!
