Can you please show or describe how to remove ONLY the top motor cover to clean the dust around the motor? There does not seem to be a way to remove the top front cover without removing first that yellow label - however in your video you remove the top cover without a problem AND THEN are removing later that label. So how does the trick work?

Don't buy this product, as there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT within the guaranty period from this company!

I regret that i bought the shit... kingsmith R2. Set up doesn't work at all.

I have done this adjustment, and when a person is walking the belt still moves to one side. So it is better to adjust again when a person is walking on medium speed to totally make sure the belt doesn't move.

I just contacted customer support, my C2 is vibrating a lot and forces on startup, it is dangerous because it starts very hard/fast. Do you know about that type of problem ? is it common ?

What version is this? I got R1 pro and don't have a side button. I tried all combos and can't enter any test or factory reset modes.... I got E15 error code and there's no documentation in the manual or internet how to fix it, it's clearly a software/firmware bug, there's nothing wrong with the code

You should not have to disassemble the new product, mine broke after two uses. Not very happy!

Beware after using a two times I have an error code, 08. There are no directions on the Internet on how to fix it that I could find. I will update if I figure this out.
