Thanks for watching and commenting. You can definitely use artificial sweeteners in yours. I’m sorry to say I can’t have any sugar alcohol without getting sick for days. So I’m sorry it’s not worth the risk for me.
You can use Simply Delish sugar free pudding in place of the regular Jello pudding. It has erythritol & stevia, if sugar alcohol doesn't bother you. That's what I used.
The gum really helps with the texture and only has 5 calories. The almond milk is only 30 calories and doubles your ice cream. Thanks for watching and commenting.😁

Theres no way the cookie dough one is 245 for half a pint. Theres hardly any calories in the prep ingredients. I make the whole pint for 310 calories
