Okanagan Lake Catch and Cook

Fishing for rainbow trout on Okanagan Lake in the middle of spring. Pan fried over a fire.

I have never seen Okanagan lake so devoid of other boats, ever in recent times. In my by gone days in the 50's and 60's you rarely saw another boat even near Kelowna., Nice to be up past Vernon for some peace and quiet.
