@@bubbascoutdog Bereg is the brand name for the orginal ones made in Russia. Watch out for cheap knock offs that are made in china but sold for the same premium price.
Birchwood has a natural oil in it thats why it burns so hot, pine will clog your pipe quick you should never burn pine in any fireplace or stove, it can start a fire, fir burns up to quick. You should be running oak.
Birch is one of the higher btu count hardwoods and is considered one of the best burning woods in my area. Fir is second to birch. Pine is the most common and super easy to find if you need dry wood in a hurry. I've never had any issues burning pine, its very easy to clean out the pipes on my little stove, 5 minutes with a toilet brush. Burning oak would be considered a luxury in my area.
@@BCMountainLife the up-5 is a beast and weighs a ton more. Do you think 1 person can manage the opening the up-5? That is a concern of mine as I contemplate between the up-2 and up-5 🤔. I would only use it for 2-3 people max
@@Bryan24k8 I use for 1-2 adults or 1 adult and 2 kids and wish I had more space. Cots and a table are necessary and they take up alot of room. I'm an average sized guy, physically fit, and popping up the UP 2 is easy. I have full confidence that I could pop up the UP 5 by myself. If you are a very small person and lacking in physical strength it may be an issue though.
BUYER BEWARE! This tent frame's sliding mechanism is defective from the factory and broke off in my hands upon initial set up. RBM'S answer for a fix was to send me a replacement part that didn't fit. If I can save one person from the nightmare that I went through, this comment is worth it. DO NOT PURCHASE!
That sounds like some shitty luck man... with any product there is bound to be defects occasionally. Mine is still going strong, owned it for around 4 years I think.. Customer service from Bereg Canada has always been top notch aswell.
The three tabs are for attaching guy wires, use that chimney section highest, so in high winds it doesn’t move about.
Hey thats good to know thanks.
i have the up 2 as well. always wondered. thank you!
Yeeeeeah buddy! I can say that tent has the ability to produce some serious grilled cheese.

How much is the tent
Where is this? Some sort of private mountain outside of Van?

Bereg and RBM are tho different manufacturers. RBM makes chinese copies of the Bereg
@@trey24kk49 yea I've heard of the chinese knock offs, they typically are sold on amazon, mine is a true Bereg tent.
