Depends what you want to achieve... Every sport has its own goal. Body building is mostly aesthetics, so if that's what you care for then go for it... Boxing is for throwing punches, so if you care more about defending yourself then go for it. Parkour is for creating pathways for yourself that only you know how to use and shapes your strength and athletics, so if that's for you then go for it. Muay Thai is for becoming a human weapon, so if that's what you want, go for it. All of these shape your body anyway, but I'd just suggest to go for anything that doesn't just build your looks... Get something you can also use for your life
Do fighting man! Bodybuilding is a waste of time. If anything build things that enhance athleticism (or fighting stamina) so maybe CrossFit style workouts that build explosive strength.
imo you should do whatever sport you enjoy the most. the important thing is to be physically active and healthy.

@@BudgetGainsByJJ I personally do weighted callisthenics exactly for this reason ! Plus it’s just so much more fun compared to bodybuilding 😃
