  • Week 17 of IRONMAN 70.3 has ended and this is by far my strongest week to date!! In this video, you’ll get to see some more firsts in my training and how I’ve started to improve my overall mental strength.     Keen to follow along these series! I'm currently training for my first marathon but an iron man is seriously next level! Impressed already, can't wait to see how everything goes!!

    What bike do you have? I am training for an Ironman 70.3 and a bit lost when it comes to the bike!

      I have the TREK Domane AL4. I was the same too 😅 but thankfully the associates were super helpful and they asked me about my goals and budget and were able to find the right bike!

    Interveral runs are so haaard. Idk how to get better at them. I am much better at slow runs

      They’re so hard!! I used to love it. But after marathon training, I much prefer longer and slower runs too haha 😅
