    Premium quality product. I love my Yeti. For hot coffee or ice cold Coke Zero, it's perfect.

    Great review! Thinking of picking up one for my friend who’s a big coffee drinker.

    I got one of these from my sister who got it for free from work. I froze some water in a bottle then poured it in the yeti ( not fully frozen just ice chunks). The ice didn't melt for at least 6 hrs, water was still cold 12hrs later.

    Thanks for the shaking test. I want to be able to shake flavored water mixes in it.

      If it has sugar don’t. It’ll dribble out and make the thing sticky. Wish it was more spill proof

    I would humbly suggest that you use a thermometer the next

      Yes a thermometer and take the temp of the room and the liquid. Consider putting the hot liquid in the freezer and measure the temp of the liquid at various intervals and the temp of the freezer. I'm going to Yellowstone on a snowmobile trip late February and have been considering one of these.

    May I ask a question? How do you actually cleanse the lid thoroughly with the magnetic mechanism, it seems very hard to clean because you can remove the magnetic thing and beverages slip through the lid.

    • @nicholasdemskiproductreviews
      @nicholasdemskiproductreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Since the magnet piece comes all the way off the lid, it's easy to clean! Is that what you mean? I haven't had any trouble cleaning yeti so im not too sure I understood the question

      Where can I find a lid that’s splashproof ?

    • @nicholasdemskiproductreviews
      @nicholasdemskiproductreviews  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is the official lid from Yeti and I'd say it is splash-proof, it's just not spill-proof if you tip it upside down. It leaks just a little bit, as I demonstrated in the video.

    I know this is an old video and you may not even have this cup anymore but how does it do if knocked over or falling 1-2 ft? I want to buy this but I'm worried if it gets knocked over at work it may spill

    • @nicholasdemskiproductreviews
      @nicholasdemskiproductreviews  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      i dont think the lid would go flying off because it sticks on pretty tight, but as you'll see in the drip test, it does drip when upside down so there might be minimal spillage.
      for future videos about cups, i will try to remember to check what happens when the cup is dropped

    One thing that is still a mystery and I hope you can solve it. What is the real amount of liquid in ml that can fit in a 20 oz yeti rambler. I've searched for all the videos on youtube but can't find them. Thanks

    • @nicholasdemskiproductreviews
      @nicholasdemskiproductreviews  ปีที่แล้ว

      20oz is roughly 600 ml according to US nutrition labeling

    • @maverunner
      @maverunner ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nicholasdemskiproductreviews base according US nutrition labeling is only in general. But, what i mean is according to actuality, because 20 oz yeti rambler have same amount of liquid with 16 oz pint yeti.

    A 20 oz. tumbler should not hold 20 oz. to the brim. You should be able to comfortably use the lid. Massive Fail.

    • @nicholasdemskiproductreviews
      @nicholasdemskiproductreviews  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It isn’t the mug that leaks, it’s the lid. The lid is the magnet slider that’s meant for ease of use with one hand, not for leak prevention. For a leak-free experience, I like my Contigo mug. What model is your vacuum mug? Maybe I’ll check that one out too 😁
