It’s likely not attached correctly. It should be able to swivel though so if it’s just swiveling that’s okay

You’ll certainly notice a difference, but that’s the filter doing its job. Some filters run faster than others as well. Nothing to worry about 🙏

Ikr 😂 I make lots of “how to assemble” videos and I can’t believe how difficult some instructions are to read. It’s usually a language barrier I think since they’re written by technical writers who’s first language isn’t English and the translation are odd 😅

1. You could contact the company and ask to send a replacement. 2. Another, similar tool would likely work just as well.

It’s a river float so I don’t think its made for that. I mean, you could probably attach it to a boat, but I’m not sure it would hold very well if being towed aggressively. I’d probably feel okay pulling it behind a slow pontoon, but I’ve never tried

hmmmm....did you try running the filter for a few minutes? i usually run it for 5 minutes to make sure it's primed properly for use. If it's still blinking red after that, I'm not sure, but maybe the device itself is faulty and not reading the filter properly? if so, just be sure to change your filter every 3-6 months and you'll be fine.

Hard to believe you would buy several large bottles if it doesn’t work. These are pricey compared to other eye drops, so why not stop after one bottle?

If the first one didn’t work, why not stop after a few drops, and then return it to get your money back or try a different bottle? Why instead would you buy several large bottles and go through them? That doesn’t make much sense to me. That’s like going to a pizza place that serves single slices of pizza as well as XL pizzas, and then instead of trying a single slice, you buy the XL and hate it, and then buy two more XL pizzas to make sure it wasn’t the first one you hated. You could easily just grab a different slice, right? Why would you do that to yourself?

There should be more than one type of adapter…it’s possible you just need to use a different one. Or maybe tighten up the one you’re using.
