She changed her formula and fixed all the customers said they didn't like and now yes it's better. so back off of Nikkie for being a mature adult and saying she is sorry.

Zoe Spruston yeah I don't remember her saying that either! In fact I actually remember Nikkie trying Kylie's lipkits on camera when they first came out and saying they were a "completely different" formula than the colourpop ones (cause people were already saying they were the same thing).
If you use the lip liners and fill in your lips it is not streaky, it lasts way longer, and it's less drying. There's a reason she sells them as a bundle
If every other company can make dark colors that are still wearable without a lip liner then so can she. It's still not an excuse to put out a product with a bad formula
I honestly love this video, it was so honest and constructive (which made me really want to subscribe to you in the first place). My favourites have to be Exposed, Candy K and Posie K. And I honestly really want to try Kristen as this colour looks absolutely amazing on you.
I actually really like kylie cosmetics especially there highlighters. I think there formula is really good and very pigmented. Some of her liquid lipsticks can be pretty drying for my lips personally, But some of them are ok so it really depends on your lips and which liquid lipstick you get. But like I said overall i really enjoy her products even tho I was skeptical at first, im glad i went ahead and tried it. ☺

Yes, but just 'cause she didn't think it looks good in her skin, you can't compare a shadow with a lipstick, 'cause lipstick is more striking than eye shadow.
For Kourt K u have to wear the lip liner for the best color payoff and pigmentation the liquid lipstick alone isn't the best but with the lip liner it's amazing

Honestly, Nikki, they do know. The formula is almost identical if you compare ingredients. Ironically ColourPop has more lip conditioners in the formulas. I respect you forming your own opinion, but you should also know the facts. The lip pencils are TOTALLY identical to ColourPop ones and, yes, they are from the same lab (Spatz Labs).
what part of they have almost the exact same formula and ARE made in the same lab is so difficult to understand?? there is a reason why kylie sells the lipsticks with the lip liner mostly. people already said she does so it's less drying, a lot of people did complain about them being drying when applied alone.
I agree with you entirely Irene! Colour Pop liquis lipsticks have such beautiful colours but are soooooo drying!!! I always feel like the life has been sucked out of my lips lol but definetly a good budget choice. They're not the same formula at all though.
the formula is not the same on the lips. do you know that georgio armani is made in the same labs as Loreal? does that makes loreal foundation the same as armani foundation just because they share most of the same ingredients? no...the concentration of ingredients is different. Anyone who has both Kylie and CP can see a different in wear.

The company that does Kylie lip kits is the sister company of colour pop but colour pop uses their own lab (they are an in home company), as far as we know they do not share labs. By the way colour pop has more ingredients than Kylie's, weird since hers are more expensive. Hope that helps anyone...
You should a video on your favorite nude lipsticks. Because I love nude lipsticks but I always have trouble finding a good shade that will compliment my skin tone and not make me look so drab.

I actually just purchased the profusion beauty 101 palette which is a 30 eyeshadow palette sold in the drugstore and row 2 of the eyeshadows is said to be an exact dupe of her shadows, I tried them today and they're buttery, ridiculously pigmented and seriously beautiful idk if they are for sure since I dont have her palette yet but I'd love to see how the two compare! that palette is $5 and i know the kyshadow palette is much more so it's just a curiosity thing but I think that'd be interesting :)

I think for lipstick swatching videos, it would be helpful to have a neutral-colored background (maybe a gray, which won't affect the color balance - so that we can get a more true sense of how the color looks) Since our eyes work like little cameras, all that bright magenta around can affect how we see the reds in the lipsticks! You can just go get a true luxury brand lipstick for that price.
it's the lip kits that are $30. if you just buy the lipstick without the liner (which is an option) it's only $17. that's cheaper than most liquid lips out there.

I have tried both and I beg to differ. Colourpop is crazy drying and fades faster compared to Kylie's. Not similar at all

the darker colors are streaky and patchy, but if you put lip liner all over the lip like Kylie suggests on the box, they look great!

I actually just purchased the profusion beauty 101 palette which is a 30 eyeshadow palette sold in the drugstore and row 2 of the eyeshadows is said to be an exact dupe of her shadows, I tried them today and they're buttery, ridiculously pigmented and seriously beautiful idk if they are for sure since I dont have her palette yet but I'd love to see how the two compare! that palette is $5 and i know the kyshadow palette is much more so it's just a curiosity thing but I think that'd be interesting :)

I think for lipstick swatching videos, it would be helpful to have a neutral-colored background (maybe a gray, which won't affect the color balance - so that we can get a more true sense of how the color looks) Since our eyes work like little cameras, all that bright magenta around can affect how we see the reds in the lipsticks!
