Yes, It was very sad for the 12 but after his ressurection they understood that Jesus mus come through death and that even means letting Judas betray him and surrending him to the enemy.
The enemy thought it was their victory but Jesus came victorious after the resurrection. Jesus paid what he's not done becauee he loves us.

Who else felt their heartbreaking for Jesus? An innocent man died a horrific death for us, even though he was scared he still accepted Gods will 😟 We never deserved him, and yet he has redeemed us. Praise be to God, praise be the fathers only son Jesus 💖🌸

This was the most emotional scene from ‘The Bible’. My family was in tears.
Jesus is the greatest demonstration of love in all the universe. The most powerful display of humility, passion, and grace. He is worthy of our lives, because He gave His….without obligation. All Hail His Majesty.
I can't even begin to imagine the anguish He must have felt those moments before He was captured. He knew what was coming for Him and even though the human nature of His, naturally came out for a second, He still willingly and bravely did what He came to do to save the world. This is beyond amazing. There are no words to descripe an act like this. Regardless of someone believing or not, Jesus' story is the greatest example of selfless love. I read a comment of someone that said that they don't believe that He is a real person, but still His story is something that they find wonderful and loving. And it's true. His story is all about love. It's the greatest story ever told about the greatest man to ever exist.

Watching this as I am reading Luke 22:39-46 it is tough to watch and even read this passage. It really shows the human side of Jesus. Ultimately being human of course no human would want to endure the type of suffering that awaited Him, but He wanted to do God’s will and that’s exactly what Jesus did. That’s what makes Jesus the Son of God and our Lord. Thank you Jesus.
