- So here's another interesting eBay listing I found awhile back, $100 for random PS3 games, that guarantees the value to be $140. So naturally, I bought this right away so I could see just how accurate that promise was, and the results totally caught me off guard! So tune in for yet another exciting entry of a man unboxing something from eBay in which the contents are (mostly) unknown. I know you're all excited, and quite frankly, so am I. I still find it weird that the imperial system uses a decimal point instead of a decimal comma, I prefer 1.000.000,00 over 1,000,000.00 But I'll shut up about it before I go on, as people who use the imperial system tend to not want to hear about the metric system being a far more simplified system. And it's by far not the weirdest thing about the imperial system... lol

I have never seen someone put a copy of Call of Duty Ghosts in a Blu-ray case with Alvin and the Chipmunks. That is just hilarious. I once got a copy of Batman Begins on DVD at a Goodwill and I could hear something rattling inside and there was a loose copy of Super Mario Strikers. And that was after I bought the DVD.
Homefront is extremely short for a campaign in a game, but its a very interesting concept and I had fun with it.
I remember I completed the whole campaign without even dying in the summer of 2012 lol
Heard the multiplayer was amazing, on the first homefront.
I loved it. Campaign and online. My biggest platinum regret since the servers are shutdown :(
It's such a shame that the devs couldn't make the campaign longer, I'll still love it, just like Mirror's Edge
I remember enjoying it and not understanding what people were talking about when they said it was an abnormally/extremely short campaign. I thought it was about as long as most other shooters' and I finished it in a night just like the Call of Dutys. I'll concede that I don't think it has the re-playability they do (maybe once every several years at best), but I've never heard anyone laud COD's re-playable campaigns as a selling point either. I really liked the story as well.
I didn't play the actual multiplayer because I was broke at the time and content with WaW and 4, but I remember downloading the demo and one map was available for multiplayer and I played that quite a bit as long as people were still active. I even liked it just as much as COD to be honest. COD took time to settle in and get into a groove due to it's "twitchyness", where Homefront was more solid and I could pick up and play.
The "value" ratio for this lot is pretty subjective, since a lot of these games are common, with the possible exception of the fishing game and AVP (not rare, but not super common), most collectors won't get anything they don't have or that they actually want and therefore nothing worth keeping. Not to mention resale values will be peanuts. Unless you are looking to start a PS3 collection these random lots are unlikely to be good value for money. Just my 2 cents.

If you resell them on ebay you will give ebay final value fee and paypal fee too. Most of these if sold single you would lose money on. so if you just got a ps3 and had never played, some of these would be fun games. Not bad games, good times when they were new.
Yeahhh if he tried to resell these games via ebay.... in which you have to pay ebay, paypal, and the postal office a fee...

There is a free, fan made unity game called Clone Hero that is basically a revival of GH/RB franchise. It's actually amazing (I play it all the time), and there is a fairly large community out there who kill for Wii/Xbox 360 guitars due to their minimal lag

Who's seen the new duelshock 4 attachment? My guess is the duelshock 5 will have two additional buttons so they've released the attachment to make the 4 compatible with some upcoming titles.

Rockymann27 GameStop are selling a lot of games for 99 cents and just one example of a game that is here, a pre owned copy of Uncharted 3 is 99 cents.

10 seconds in and already know you got massively ripped off. Most of these i purchased from a dollar bin at gamestop.
Rock Band instruments are worth a decent bit now, primarily because everyone got rid of them and they're harder to find now. Drums, especially, can be ridiculously expensive if they're complete. Stuff like the double bass adapter are super hard to find and can go for as much as $100.
If I saw that boxed lot at a thrift store for anything over $40, I'd pass hard.
The Darkness 2 was one of my favorite games on PS3, I wish we get a third one on the saga someday

You can't put a price on the time involved in listing, packaging, delivering and paying commission and fees on Ebay in connection with reselling all of those games. It'd be hard to justify at the end of the day.
I'm surprised most of these games are worth what they are in the States! In the UK you can get Homefront, Resistance, Modnation Racer and The Darkness 2 for £1 each at the big trade in store. For you it's calculated at $150, in the UK that would come to probably £40 at most which is roughly $52.
Guitar Hero guitars that connect to PC are HIGHLY sought after.
Modnation and its track editor and share ability were awesome, too bad it never got a sequel.
We need more Play, Create Share games.

Alex Rodriguez there was a madden in there as well. But not just Madden, even the good games like mass effect 2, I live in the uk where things are actually more expensive and even here I can go into a CeX and pick up mass effect 2 for £2.50. Madden games are 50p to a pound or so each.
That whole bundle would cost me around £40 at cex.

I still pick up ps3 games from CEX stores in the UK, and have picked up quite a few of those games, although I have rarely paid more than £2- 3 per game.

Great video. I didn't get to get into the PS3. I had 360 at the time. I do have several great PS3 games.
I sold my PS3 with every accessory ( Move package w/ 2 controllers, Logitech steering wheel, Logitech flight joy stick, 4 controllers etc. and 40 games for 250.00 shipped on EBay

In the UK, we pay £2 for a PS3 game and sports are like £1. About £40 worth there!

Another fun unboxing video this time you actually got what was promised. If all eBay sellers would still like this you could turn a 50 to 100 game collection into a complete collection or near complete collection very quickly. Unfortunately that’s not always the case.
You actually had Socom backwards. Confrontation started out bad but got better over the years with updates, whereas 4 was received negatively by fans.

If you want to feel good about the value just go to the store on your ps4 ,the prices never change,they still want full price for some stuff that retailers can't give away,if you cross reference you'd probably be able to retire on the contents of that box.
That's Alien vs Predator game is so sleeped on. It's actually a really cool game, and I think it really helped Kickstart the making of Alien: Isolation, which is a PHENOMENAL game. I own a copy of both of them on the ps3 and I'm upset my ps3 has no room to play them.
