If you are very sick, you can not sit up, then you can do it on the bed. But if you can sit up, do this exercise by sitting on the chair, yoga mat, or standing can be the best ! Thank you

It takes Self Discipline and putting Down the cell phone and getting off social media, putting the same amount of time spent wasted on social media on something that has Lasting Benefits for your Health.
