Thanks, very good. Can you make a video for software deployment, I followed the steps in the "Deploy via GlpiInventory - GLPI FAQ", but for some reason, the task keep on "prepared" stage.
very good video, kindly create a video explaining how to find MacOS devices and smartphones (Android, iOS) devices via one agent on the network. Keep up the good work!
Hello @JoelBola-vp7qr, thank you for your comment. Have you had the chance to update your GLPI? The current version is 10.0.17, which you can download here: glpi-project.org/downloads/ If you're still facing any issues, we encourage you to reach out to our official GLPI GitHub repository to report the issue on github.com/glpi-project/glpi Or one of our official GLPI partners: glpi-project.org/partners/
It is mandatory to have at least one agent installed in your network in order to have the ability to scan it. It’s through the agent that the task is executed.
Thank you for the question, @itkallur. The way GLPI server has a connection to deploy software to a workstation is through an agent. However, you can use tools or scripts that you may be comfortable with to facilitate the deployment of the agent.
It would be good to show an example of a connection via WinRM with only an agent installed on the server to inventory the computers on the network because I actually believe it doesn't work.

Very good and useful. Do you think to do a video on how to assign items to Entities and how to use Rules ? Thanks!🙌
Hi. I've taken note here. Thank you for the suggestion.
Is it possible to deploy the GLPI Agent from GLPI Server console itself ?
