Camtasia 2020 - Downloadable Timers and Stopwatches from the TechSmith Asset Store

Why does it only show up to 0,3 in the 10th of a second......I am trying to use this counter to track a race. We timed it using a stop watch and the 10th of a second digits were up to 9 so cannot seem to sync. Any help would be appreciated.
