Why doesn't the company pre cut and punch the holes in the panels I know with out asking does seats are high dollar and for them not to do that I don't get it is there a special reason behind that
The reason is not everyone reuses their factory door handle or manual window locations. If someone upgraded to power windows they wouldn't want a pre punched hole for a manual crank in their panel :)

For one seat $1340 and bracket for that seat $207.00. That’s crazy expensive.

only reason why i never thought about ever buying these types of seats is because the center console design has always been poor in style and design and not very thought out for utilization for space saving compartments or there of.
