- Not just a marble battle, but the entire war.
Armies travel randomly across the map, engaging in combat if they meet. Once conquered, towns will produce more fighters for the player. Whenever the army goes to the home city or an friendly town, it will reinforce itself with fighters.
If an army is defeated, it will retreat to its home city to regroup.
If a player's home city is attacked, the king will join in the defense. If the king is slain, the city will be lost, and the remaining fighters will form flee as a new army.
If a player has no home city whenever an army is defeated, that army is permanently destroyed.
Destroy all the enemy kings and armies to win!
Four colours competing:
Red, Green, Blue and Yellow

Short timeline and highlights:
6:38 Wars and rumors of war! The green people complain that their king is idling while foreign armies close in, so he foolishly rides outside the walls for glory. It turns out alright... this time. His decisive victory over the reds makes the blue reconsider their attack.
7:58 Emboldened by his earlier victory, the green king clashes several times with yellow troops in single combat. One of these duels ends poorly despite the greens' superior numbers, and the country soon crumbles.
8:27 The Iron Church tolerates no trespassers on their sacred grounds. Numbers don't matter, for their motto is death or glory.
10:01 The reds daringly send a strike force to lure the yellow king out and take him down with minimal numbers and losses.

Thats really a new war concept has begun. Hopefully there will be second part with more possible units (Archers, Wizards, Barbarians). Maybe this also can work out with fans / subs participation. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

10:53 Battle’s like these are the reason why I think there should be a sort of experience marker based on how many a single unit kills. If they manage to kill five without dying that battle, congratulations they’re promoted and given better gear. Of course it wouldn’t get to the point of the paladins or barbarians, but it would improve them somewhat.

Dang that one yellow soldier at the battle in 7:55 is such a Chad, he killed like 7 guys with 5 hits, aswell as that blue guy at the battle of 10:50 killing a full strike force single-handedly
Now this I really COULD see just being a game. Hell, it's practically a wargame with the dice rolls replaced by marble fights already! (EDIT: Or a battle simulator style thing; pick the unit types, plonk stuff on the map, and press "play". Plus unit types from all the other territory wars you've got going...)

also, if you're planning on making more kingdom fights, then here's a few idea
Raiders
-The Raiders would spawn in Raid Outposts, usually far from others
-As their name suggests, they would be able to raid and attack others (including other raiders that are not theirs)
-A Raider usually spawns as a normal attacker, however, has the chance to spawn as a barbarian, a viking, an archer, a tamer, or if lucky, as a stealthy
however, if the Outpost reached an amount of money, have the chance to spawn as a defender, swordmaster, or if very lucky, spawn as a battlemaster
-an Outpost would have a leader, called Havalon
-if the Havalon is killed, then soldier production is slowed down by 50%, until another Havalon from another outpost claims the Outpost, or if there is a battlemaster, then it becomes the leader of the outpost automatically, or after 5 min, someone randomly becomes the leader of the outpost, however doesnt turn into the Havalon
-occupants of outposts can become mercenaries in exchange for gold
-Outposts can become ally for kingdoms if they pay the outpost gold every 20 second, if the kingdom cant pay the outpost, it will turn back into a raider outpost
Mercenaries
-The mercenaries originally are raiders, however, kingdoms can hire them in exchange for gold
-The mercenaries would look different than the kingdom's normal soldier, instead of just having the kingdom's color, it would have grey as an outline, and would have the kingdom's color in the inside parts
-The mercenary would keep the rank it had before becoming a mercenary
Abilities of Ranks
Barbarian:
It would have sword (someties battle axe) as a weapon
It would have a hat with 2 horns on it, defending his head from attacks, but breaks after 2 hits hit it
It would go after enemies
Viking:
It would have 2 battle axe as a weapon
It can throw 1 battle axe at an enemy
Archer:
The archer would have bow as a weapon
It runs away from enemies
Tamer:
It can tame animals while travelling, and would spawn them in battles
if it runs out of animals, it pulls out a knife
Stealthy:
The Stealthy would have a sword as a weapon
It would have the ability to become invisible for 3 second to avoid enemies, and it would have 5 sec cooldown
Defender:
The Defender would be like an armoured soldier, having a sword and a shield, however would also have a helmet that can block 4 hits before breaking
Swordmaster:
It would have 2 sword as weapon
Battle
master:
It would have 2 sword as weapon, however it can deflect attacks with both of its weapons, would have a cooldown of 7 sec
Can become the leader of the Outpost if the Havalon is killed, and would need 3 hits to be killed
if it gets 10 kills in 2 battles as the leader, it will turn into a Havalon
Needs 2 hit to be killed
Havalon:
It would have have a war scythe, capable of deflecting attacks, cooldown of 12
It would be able to throw its war scythle like a boomerang if the enemies are far away
Would have a helmet, can block 5 attacks before breaking
needs 4 hits to be killed

I watched this supporting blue, with the idea that red were our nemeses from the 5th second. What a watch holy cow. The 6v1 clutch made me wish each unit had a number so I could follow my favourites (kinda like the "13th legion").

Maybe they could attach some bodyguards some how. That would provide a bigger threat to invaders and might also keep the king inside more often.

Most marble i hate be like:
Blue definitely had all of the most entertaining fights.
blue had, by far, the most skilled units out of all the factions
The fact that when armies fight the map is decided by what tile they were on is great.
Absolutely superb you funky little guy
I would suggest, maybe for future runs of this kind of sim, have the castle-spawned units be a better tier than the ones from farms, so that there's more variety in battles, as it stands the upgraded units being so out of the way means they barely got to participate at all.
Sword & shield for the castle units would work, just sword for the farms (definitely adjust the spawn rates so the farms generate a lot more units than the castles, and maybe send back parties of 10 to the castle whenever they hit 20, idk), and make the further upgraded units more accessible, and this would be absolutely fantastic
Such a great potential, but I wish it was expanded upon. Maybe a mechanic that shrinks the map as the fight goes on to make it faster, or improving one soldier from a regiment with each victory?

This was super incredible. This might be my favorite game mode by you yet and you do a LOT of really cool content of so many types. You really just get to see everything here, one sided slaughters, assassination attempts, desperate last stands, even a couple of heroic victories (the 1v8 green vs blue fight was SO COOL). I would absolutely adore more of these even without additions or rules tinkering I just want more of this really really badly.
One request though: when doing post-game speedup please don't fast forward the battled. I would have LOVED to see how that final fight between blue's huge army and the final garrison of red knights went down at proper speed, even though red's defeat was inevitable by that point.

This is a genius conecpt probably my second favourite video onn this channel, but i have a few suggestiong to maybe expand it:
1. Different unit types, spear, archers and cavarly but their mechanics can be different from the normal weapon territory war, instead cavarly could have ai that targets the nearest enemy and maybe a bit of path finding to avoid obstacles, archers can try to flee from enemies to maintain a long range, and spears will attempt to grou together forming like a phalanx
(i dont know how plausible these ideas are im jujst spit-balling)
2. Defending castles can have small catapults and cannons that are operated by one marble and can deal a lot of damage
3. Some sort of wall breaker for invaders, in case they ight against a castle then maybe a battering ram to break walls or a mini catapult
Look like if this idea added it would be more cool

Walls (can be broken)
Archers/Towers
Establish new capital and king if a city reaches a certain population
Super soldiers will form a new army (army marble) following the army (army marble) that conscripts them. (Just a visual change, they still act like if they are in the same army)
When a battle occurs, the time outside does’t stop, but flows at 1/4, so reinforcements could come.
You can only take half of what’s inside a training camp, also less soldiers in training camp=less magnetic for marbles of the same team
Army will also be created for a city to populate over a certain number
A soldier getting killing sprees will be promoted into a stronger unit

The problem with simultaneous battle and movement is that it allows for the potential of simultaneous battles, which becomes a problem for screen space (and I'd have to rebuild a lot of stuff)

The war had been raging for months, with multiple armies clashing against each other in fierce battles. The first recorded battle was at 0:28, where the Green attackers fought against the Grey defenders. Although the Greens had superior numbers, the Greys managed to hold them off, and the Greens suffered heavy casualties.
At 7:58, the Green defenders, including their king, faced off against the Yellow attackers. However, the Yellow army was too strong, and they emerged victorious, leaving the Greens with heavy casualties, including their king.
Later that day, the Red army attacked the Grey armoured defenders at 8:27. Despite putting up a good fight, the Reds were unable to break through the Grey defenses, and the Grey defenders emerged victorious with only a few casualties.
The battle at 10:01 was a pivotal moment in the war. The Red attackers faced off against the Yellow defenders in the capital city, with both sides suffering heavy casualties. In the end, the Reds emerged victorious, but at a high cost - their own casualties were significant, and they had slain the Yellow king.
At 10:50, the Green attackers suffered a humiliating defeat against the Blue defenders, losing all of their troops in the process.
The battle at 13:08 was a significant victory for the Red attackers, but it was also the costliest battle of the war in terms of casualties. The Red army faced off against the Grey armoured defenders, and although they emerged victorious, they suffered heavy losses.
The battle at 19:00 was the bloodiest battle of the war in proportion to the number of soldiers involved. The Blue and Red armies clashed, resulting in a stalemate with heavy casualties on both sides. In the end, the Blue army emerged victorious, but at a great cost - only one survivor remained.
At 20:13, the final stand of the Green defenders took place. The Blue attackers managed to defeat the Green defenders, but not before suffering significant casualties themselves.
At 23:30, the Red attackers faced off against the Grey defenders in another intense battle. Although the Red army was strong, they were unable to overcome the Grey defenders, who emerged victorious with only minor casualties.
At 23:59, the Blue attackers faced off against the Yellow defenders in their final stand. Although the Yellow defenders fought bravely, they were ultimately defeated by the Blue attackers, who suffered only minor casualties themselves.
The final battles of the war took place at 27:14 and 27:45. The Blue army launched a massive attack against the Red capital, and after a fierce battle, emerged victorious, killing the Red king in the process. In retaliation, the Red army launched a suicide mission to kill the Blue king, resulting in the destruction of the entire Red army. Finally, at 28:57, the biggest battle of the war took place, with the Blue attackers facing off against the Red defenders. Although the Blue army emerged victorious, they suffered heavy casualties in the process.
At 29:05, the last remaining Grey defenders faced off against the victorious Blue army, who ultimately emerged triumphant, bringing an end to the long and bloody war.

It's really interesting how this things bring out the imagination out of people, making themselves create their own little stories.
For example, i've thought of the motives for each faction to be at war.
- Red is merciless and wants power
- Blue is a lawful place and it wants to do crusades for their beliefs
- Yellow is clever and it seeks knowledge unrelentingly
- Green is a bunch of peaceful civilians, who are at war from necessity
I’ve always wanted to see an RTS with this kind of feature.

This is my favorite style so far, i really like the different battle maps. I would suggest attaching bodyguards to the king (if possible). And elites should slowly release on their own, at certain benchmarks. A wandering mage would be cool too. Lol
Finding the balance between randomness and progress would tough if you add to much however.

In a time many years ago, the marbles all lived in peace. They were all under the same umbrella, they all cared for each other. This world wasn't easy, sure, they had to fend off wolves and bears at night, but the defenders of the town liked doing what they did, even if it sometimes costed them their lives. All the marbles were diplomatic with each other, so they survived together. There was a mayor in each town that could make sure that defenders were organized, food was flowing to all the citizens of the town, and socializing with others was easy. But recently, no one had any idea why, 4 of these mayors started getting power hungry ideas, ideas that the world belongs to them, that the others are enemies of their town, that the others are the cause of the wolves and the bears. Some speculate that it was from a talking wolf, claiming to have betrayed their own, or perhaps someone not from this world contacted them. Some even claim this entity to be a divine force gone rogue. Whatever the cause, they rallied up unusually high number of warriors and organized them into attacking forces, and sent them out to exterminate their own kind. Thus the age of war had begun. As I write, I am currently of the so-named "Red Faction", the village I live in having been forcefully taken over, our town defenders sadly dying in a struggle. I don't like them. They recruit individuals madly, and I am always afraid that I will be next on the list.

Blue has solidly taken over the land, suppressing enemies far too easily. I had fled my home very recently, leaving all of my belongings behind. They burnt my house down, and they presumably think I am dead now. I now hide in the forests, heading for the mountains. They are already turning towards the forests next, scouting out any leftover traitors. I do not know what is beyond the mountains. I can only hope for the best. I came to realize I was moving too slowly when I heard voices of a unit within half a mile. It is a treacherous journey, but once I get past those mountains, I might just be free.

I think you should add more types of weapons like spear (which only hits with its tip), longsword, axe (which hits only with its sides) and so on. And maybe armor for "elite" troops that will allow them to take more than one hit

I know I'm a bit late to it. But this is a really awesome idea.
Only issue I take is that the initial castle battle is extremely random. King just charging out to get slaughtered.

Although that can be quite cool. Reminds me of that one time I accidentally destroyed the Frankish Empire that controlled most of Europe in CK2, because I played as a Saxon and my small raiding party was caught by an army that was lead by the Emperor/King himself and while my army was completely inferior, they somehow managed to kill the king and his only heir was like 3 years old and all the powerful vassals became so mad at that useless child that they declared independence.
