Sarita chaudhary, an angry and dissatisfied member of Club Mahindra, has been demanding refund of her membership amount from Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited, owing the the false promises that they made to her and her husband. She speaks about unscrupulous sellers who are blatantly misselling various timeshare schemes of Club Mahindra, and the company's shameless lack of accountability.

Club Mahindra is exploiting the trust associated with the Mahindra Group by selling memberships that are essentially useless. Unfortunately, Club Mahindra is not providing satisfactory services to its customers. Despite their inability to provide satisfactory services, they refuse to refund customer's money.
I was wondering if there isn't a lawyer who was snagged by Mahindra? But then lawyers have the awareness to read the documents before signing and paying!
I am facing problem for last 20 years. Their staff don't give complete information. I have not paid ASF for 20 years. Also they have agents they says that they have members ready to buy the pending membership.
