As a Bayonetta Main, it surprises me that you are able to get DABK to work in the middle of combos, since it most likely cause bayonetta to kill herself. I only use DABK on ground opponents, keep up the great work!
If you mean how to perform it, it's the same as the regular abk only you tilt the stick downward a bit. If you mean how to work it into a combo, it's not as easy as it looks. You have to make sure you're not too far above or below your opponent otherwise it'll miss and most likely SD, so you've gotta be careful. The payoff is huge if you hit it tho
did you play bayo in smash 4 ? also any tips on how to get consistent with Jump Cancelling Witch Twist? im tryin to learn bayo but cant get that off consistently
It isn't easy to get the hang of the jump cancel with Witch Twist, it's very strict in terms of timing. Basically, the very moment you press jump out of the first witch twist, input the second witch twist immediately. If you see Bayo's wings appear before the second witch twist, you lost the extra jump. It's difficult but with enough practice you'll get it for sure
it is a bit annoying how tight the timing is, but it’s also incredibly important, as if you miss the cancel by one frame your combo could transform from killing them to you SDing :/

Im actually a bayonetta main and im near elite smash and you're probably right you couldnt understand bayonetta because she has a lot of complicated mechanic it took 6 months to learn perfectly all her mechanics and combos
I main bayo too and tbh she isn't too hard- my bayo is in 12.1mil gsp, just learning the flow state and some videos like notbae bayonetta guide is really good for beginners, and 2 hit witch twist isn't hard. She Is a different characters and will probably take some time but still.
I know how to do the downward afterburner kick, but doesn't it require you to input downward while midair BEFORE inputting side B, since it only works during a fastfall? I've been testing out how to do it during a combo, and it only works if you fastfall first *and then* do side B. Are you just super quick and are able to fastfall + side b in just a few frames?
Not a Bayo main but.. That jump was optimal as it lets her use another witch twist If you don't know you have 1 witch twist then if you jump you gain a second one. Hope that helps

I'd say you have to time it when you go down. What I do is do a normal side b the instantly go down

@@skiboutins yes i only use the double witch twist combo with heavy weights and against light weight i use a lot of not complicated combos

He’s super quick but also u can do side b and then down but the timing is insanely strict compared to down and then side
