  • In this episode, we continue to talk about the tricky economic situation in the country, especially in the light of Pakistan’s deal with the IMF. We look at the prior conditions for the IMF deal, the subsequent benefits that Pakistan gets from this deal and the risks/repercussions associated with it today and in the near future.

Well, of course, the issue is definitely in implementation, during this long process we haven't found any productive step for the nation, also there is no accountability where the funds had been used.

In this time of disinformation. The basic goal should be to know, how the economy works . The IMF provides us with a loan. That is the responsibility of our government, how to allocate this money. Wheather it is used in subsidies or in any productive activity. The issue is in policy making. Governments make polti-eco decisions to secure their next term. There is no sound planning, if any then no continuity. The crux is that, there is a dire need for structure change and charter of the economy. The economy must be considered as a 4th pillar of state. How you spell out does not matter, but implementation.
Policy should be made on a realistic approach not to just show on paper. But unfortunately here in our country all rules and policies are formulated to get political mileage .

IMF is not the solution , why IMF keep giving us loan , because they want us not to grow , and to remain dependent on their loan amount.
