    Great stuff!!!
Some of these setting apply to your android phones too.
Not a big fan of flauncher but it's a nice alternative without any ads.
My experience has been sufficient when applying the following tweaks:
    - animation settings: x0.5, x0.0, x0.5 in this order.
    - disable auto updates and uninstall ATV launcher updates
    - cap BG apps to x2
I didn't have any luck getting force GPU for hardware overlays so I left that off.
Running a skyworth 55" ATV 10 stock but upgraded to 11 currently.
I've also stripped all preinstalled apps:
    - Bluetooth audio
    - cast play
    - multi media player
    - e-manual
    And installed:
    - plex
    - stremio
    - MX player Pro
    - OTT navigator (for IPTV)
    - my family cinema
Seems to feel snappier and app open times are a fraction of a second faster. This is fast enough for me to notice the improvement so I'm happy for now.

I'd recommend not to change the animation scale until you've fully debloated so you can properly gague the level of optimization you've done. Also, the animation scale isn't going to keep it from stuttering from bad performance. Turning it off entirely can also cause issues depending upon the particular device.

Wow, these were great suggestions. Worked great on my Nokia Android TV Box. And really like how clean FLauncher is and Button Mapper is also a solid recommendation. Thanks so much!

Brilliant video. My android tv isn’t necessarily slow but I’m glad I found this video as it just got way faster now.

Commenting after a long time as you forced me to do so. Your videos are out of the box best. You pick topics that we don't even know that we needed so baf until we see your videos. Thanks for great work keep up the great content coming.

You're so expert that most of the viewers can't even caught up with the tutorials. Keep it simple and clear, don't be so cocky that you know those things.

Just loved how you touch base on every critical point . I feel like Android tv is now in 2011 phase how mobile phones were. Laggy and outdated . It irks me how come no one wants to give latest updates to consumer in 2022 !!!!! For crying out loud 📢

Helped me a lot! Bought a Hier Android TV, experience is really bad. I urge users to not consider Haier Tvs, fridge and washingmachines are ok

This is really helpful 👍. Also
If the budget allows we can use the chromecast with google tv stick. That stick is a solution for all.
