On PC, almost always, unless I have extremely good experience from the demo. On Switch I kinda would remember it better, thanks to Switch having a better news system.

I played this a while back, and the nerd was a Monster. Stuff that buffs itself when buffed by others stuff that buffs everyone at once, stuff that buffs the unit behind when struck... 2 nerds turned into a machinegun.
This game is a lot more intriguing than the weird emoji art lead me to believe. Frankly - the ability to combine cards to give them more experience alone puts an entirely new spin on the deckbuilding, since this allows you to effectively "remove" or reduce the amount of cards in a fairly unique way. In other deckbuilders, removing a card is often very resource-intense, and here it allows you to just go crazy
Seal is best placed later on with things that do buffing in front. That way tthe buffs all roll back and onto later units. You keep putting the seal in the middle and the random ally buff unit in front of it. This means the seal rarely triggers since things in front of it aren't getting buffed(random Ally excludes self so any time it's *desired buff targets, seal, pinyata* the seal is detrimental since it takes buffs but never applies it's effect).
The fact that it stops shooting after a while of buffing seems like either a bug or intentional design that isn't noted anywhere to prevent an infinite loop.

I played the demo just now and was inspired to go for a buff-build like this. The hamster and the Flex comboed off each other really well. I also buffed my Love Letter to be the highest base attack unit in my deck so I could use the Jar relic to summon 2 copies of it every hand. My best hand was Love Note, Juggler, Hamster, Flex, Wizard, and the number of buffs was just off the charts. Ended up dealing over 89,000 damage in one hand against the final enemy. This game is so fun, thank you for showing it off!

I was hitting my desk when you where putting the monocole in front of the piniata and moving it!😂 it would of been so strong to put the monoc in front of the piniata the piniata would in the place of giving 4 and 2 like 10 and 8 or something
seal is often used wrong sadly : P you don't want to buff teh SEAL you want to buff units in FRONT of the seal. depending on what units you use to buff determines on how to place it. A self-buff unit like invader/ oni placed in front of seal will give the bonuses to all units behind. a "Random buff" unit or one that "buffs unit directy behind" needs to be 2 spaces ahead with a unit to be buffes between it and the seal. Random buff also has a chance to avoid the unit to be buffed and hit the seal/behind the seal which means seal does nothing. seal is absolutely useless in positions 1/5

Why isn't Nerd/Invader an infinite combo? Does anyone know for sure? Nerd says "Ally Buffed: Shoot the enemy for 4 damage." Invader says "Ally Shoots: Gain +2 attack." This *sounds* like a buff to me, but maybe "a buff" is when you buff a *different* card? It looks a lot like nerd is shooting over and over again until the infinite "breaks" but maybe I'm misunderstanding what's going on. Like maybe Nerd is responding to a *different* buff. Or maybe there's some sort of infinite protection.
Its not an infinite loop, the nerds just triggered so many times due to the Juggler triggering and buffing 4 units so it shoots 4 for each, then lightbulb triggered the juggler again making all the nerds shoot a 2nd time for each buffed ally so it was like 8 shots plus the target shot for each so like 16 shots from each nerd.
He assumed the Nerd and Invader would trigger each other repeatedly, as one shoots upon allies being buffed and the other buffs something upon ally shots fired
Before I buy can anyone tell me if this review can really happen? Super fun game well worth it only reason I’m giving negative review is because as a round goes on the game goes faster to the point it can cause issues with your monitor and burn a flickering image into your screen luckily I caught it early enough so no permanent damage to my monitor but no game is good enough to make it worth having your monitor break because of it
I have never heard of this, and that’s not really how hardware works. I wouldn’t expect that to be true. There was likely something wrong with their monitor
