I've leveled my prot warrior this way. Currently at 60. All loot and gold to me = cash flow bonanza :). Also levelling enchanting, and its basically levelling for me.
Ive been duoing dungeons with my cousin, wrath brought us both back to the game, and its been a blast lately. Not as much exp as solo leveling but nonetheless a great experience so far
I did this on my Prot Paladin lving on fresh. It was honestly a blast. Brought a friend along to speed things up sometimes and get him some easy lvs. I had so much more fun lving this way than questing for the millionth time.

If you have a druid you can buff your charicter with thorns by alt-f4ing while in group with them and buffing them and then switching back over, the thorns ticks for like 140 at level 1 an scales upwards.
@@dongolio once you get the mend pet glyph. It becomes 10x (possibly more) easier once you get the talent for mend pet combined with the glyph because your pet will be outhealing all damage it takes.
just want to remind you, you mentioned reset points. since the dungeon nerfs you actually cant reset mobs anymore, they just teleport into the reset spot and keep attacking you.
still heirlooms have to be obtained first, but they give extra xp from quests too. So it similarly feels as if JJ is back. But still it woudn't be bad if it was back
I was really hoping to level a paladin to do some tanking in BC, but pushing Naxx at the end of the vanilla Classic, the short pre-patch, and a number of other factors all added up to me only getting the character to level 25 and then ultimately skipping most of BC. I'm back playing in Wrath, and this is the first time thinking about picking that Paladin back up doesn't make me feel just a tiny little bit ill. It's going to be a little bit before I have badges for heirloom gear, but honestly making a plan for consumes and gear for that character sounds almost as fun to me as the actual process of leveling, in a way it will be like going back to when I first leveled after Classic launched and I was going out of my way to keep up on First Aid, cooking, fishing, and alchemy with my warrior to give myself every little tiny edge I could to smooth out the leveling process of a vanilla warrior on fresh servers. Thank you for looking for and sharing new angles and ways to keep this game fresh and fun!
We did exactly this with 3 People. Prot Warrior, Retribution Paladin and a Disciplin Priest. Prot Warrior has some insane defensive early on, Retri has some sick AoE without the need of drinking after every pull and the Discipline was able to Shield + Renew and keep spamming Holy Nova. :D We made like 3-4 levels an hour until like lvl 40 then we „only“ made like 1-2 levels per hour :D
I'm at 2 L80s as well. I WANT to level a third (got several at 70 waiting), but after doing the daily dungeons on both chars and the specific heroics my 2nd char still needs gear from (looking at you Loken, drop 2 Colossal Skull-Clad Cleavers for my Fury spec pls), there isn't much time left. So my shammy is waiting at L71 atm...
I did this back when wrath came out!!! i remember getting like 2 or more bars per kill in SM, and i got to like 55 ish and did brd and i got the highest i ever was in wow at that point in my life, in like less than a week!!!
I did this back in the day every expansion from wrath and forward. I have like 10 warriors at the diffrent expansion stages on Dif servers. I had the most fun with it in Legion where I went as far as to solo mythic dungeons as prot warr.
im doing the same Atm on my warrior. I went to Brd at lvl 48 but mobs took to long to kill so only got around 120-140k/hour there. Went back to Zf runs and got around 180-220k/hour. Just hit 52 so gonna try brd again !
so it just dawned on me to do this the other day on my prot pally, level 40 for SM cath, couldnt find heals so I decided to go solo. Super fun and not too hard, was up to 150k/hr with heirlooms on.
I can tell you soloing dungeons from my perspective even if it is repetitive is much more interesting than questing. Been doing it on my rogue on stream today, each time their own though.
Once you can get unrelenting assault it's like 5x faster to go that build. Deep prot isn't good enough for survival or damage or survival but alot of aoe threat kinda things which don't help in these situations.

Small update: Ive been trying to solo dungs on my druid on alliance and had a rly hard time.... I had defense elixirs, food bufs, prehot myself etc... But the rage generation is the main problem... HOWEVER! The powerspike for druid tank is about lvl 28/29 when you get talent "Primal Fury" Which helps you with rage generation = every time you crit = you generate Rage. HOWEVER! - Still having issue with fully upgraded gear to be able to farm efficiently. I let you know later when i jump in to scarlet... (RN at lvl 30)
Druids scale really bad early levels, unlike wars/Pala/hunters with heirlooms etc. Its just so much faster to quest with a feral druid then doing this. However it will get alot quicker at 42 with imp leader of the pack and mangle at 50.
Been doing this for a few days getting 2 levels per hour so much faster than when I leveled my paladin a month ago getting about 1 level per 4 hours of play time

I'm trying this as a pally, alternated specs, between seal of commant ret hybrid and deep prot. Nothing is great before level 41 as a pally anyway, but all in all from level 29-34 so far I've not had as fast results. I was only getting 25k/hr max in RFK, and in SM/GY I'm getting 45k/hr max. This amounts to 1-1.5 hr per level, not two levels per hour. I even have a few AH blues to round things off. Your warrior must be twinked out the whole way.
I want to note, even with the slower leveling, this beats using RXP to level for me, around 25-28 the questing was just taking too long, I got the same results, 1-1.5hr/level, and for me it's easier to watch netflix mindlessly grinding in a dungeon than run around trying to quest.
How are u using elixir of accuracy? isnt that a lvl 65 elixir? cuz u going to RFK at 10 and soloing it seems unrealistic since the mobs there are lvl 14 so im mostly intrested in what consumables u use and talents at that low lvl

Was not very sucsessfull at all. with my 47 paladin swaped to protection and had alot of trouble to do enough dmg to get forward. also tried with my warrior level 24-27 took me really long to. at the end i toped out at 25k per hour with no acc gear and not rested. maybe the acc gear it is? it was definitly doable but it doesnt look like a really fast method to me.
Botanica can take you to 77 which is flying and you should start questing in Ice Crown/Storm Peaks for badges at that point. Utguarde Keep is good 70-74, with Old Kingdom 73-76, and Draktharon Keep solo 75-77 if you'd prefer doing WotLK content. I dragged a pally behind my warrior with skining and mining which split the exp but got me a ton of mats week 1
How did you setup your monitor? I have the same one, but i have to play with WoW Windowed so i can use the side parts like you… This results in alot of screen tearing etc. if anyone knows what software he is using, i will be forener grateful!😊
I really want to solo dung. I rolled a warrior so that I could try. But im lvl 10 now and im not even close to killing 1 mob. I've got some green equip. But do I need great gear or higher level to do this?

Sort of attempted this in SM on my Hunter but found it annoying so gave up. May try it again but I need to find a reliable way for my pet to hold aoe aggro. I usually end up pulling aggro on multiple mobs rendering myself just about useless. Maybe I’ll try a bear pet for some aoe damage and thunderstomp but idk if it’d enough
I forget when revenge becomes availible, unrelenting assault is somewhere in the 40s I think. With that build damage is crazy good. It's what I used from 70-80
dude i did exactly what has been done in this video, went to ragefire chasm and so on, all of the mobs barely give any xp.. doing the dk introduction quests gave more xp that this 🙄
i havent played warrior and new to wow wanted to know how u do this same as a prot pala and dk or feral i mean all of them have self healing but warrior doesnt have any healing so how he can do this

I go to old folks homes, introduce the seniors to wow, and then once they hit 80 I take their account info. Easiest way to get to 80 imo

I want joyous journeys back. With how easy it is to gear in wrath I seriously think more people would if it wasn’t an annoyance.

Play the game or don't, stop asking for special circumstances. If you don't wanna take the time to level, you shouldn't have a max level.

Would love to see a more detailed breakdown of routes and what worked well in each dung. Also, done any testing of this without heirlooms?
What is there to test? You get less xp?
With the tradable Wintergrasp shard to honor you could easily fill some slots with WSG/AB/60 Grand Marshall/70Brutal Glad gear.
Even at 40/50 you can pick up bracers from wsg vendor with honor and boots/belt from ab vendor with honor

As soon you have nuff talent points, go for arms/prot. Its just insane, mobs die in 2 globals.

I two box.. I didn’t think of doing dungeons with only two toons (unless it were in a full group).
Been doing this for a few days getting 2 levels per hour so much faster than when I leveled my paladin a month ago getting about 1 level per 4 hours of play time

dont sleep on holy nova! sustain and pump all in 1
Should also try to keep up the Halloween exp buff for an extra 10% exp for 2hrs.

they bugged the mobs if you are frost mage I've tried to solo ZF but the mobs stack on you immediately

didn't they change ZF so u can't reset them any more? the mobs "teleport" to you when you to anywhere near the walls
