      I have not specifically tied it in with the season, for the intention that someone can begin this process at any time. Instead, I have started with more calming and vitalizing practices to build a strong and solid foundation for the later practices that will be introduced.

    I'm really enjoying these practices, but today I think I needed to stretch before this, instead of doing it right when I woke up. My body felt really stiff through the breaths. Thank you for this free content, it's exactly what I've been looking for for a while now. 🙏 Namaste

    My flexibility and lower back said no to this. I struggle with lower back pain, so I tried my best.

      I'm glad you listened! Always keep this awareness of your capacities. We never want to hurt ourselves. The practice is both about developing strength and energy, but also about developing awareness and humility. So you did a great job today!
      I do think these first 3 days were a bit more intense for the spine than most of the later days.

    After just two days of this yoga practice, I already feel much more at ease and content with life. During today's standing exercise I experienced a massive head rush. By the end of the practice, I began feeling emotional and began tearing up a bit, even though I felt really good. Is that normal?

      That's amazing Emily!
      Yes, it is normal. This sort of emotional release - even if it doesn't match your "state of being" - is such a wonderful sign of energy moving, of purification of past energies and emotions. When these moments arise, just be present to witness them. Sometimes the mind wants to create a story or a reason for the tears, anger, etc. When usually it is something for the past, in the unconscious mind, that is being released. The best thing to do is to be present, allowing and grateful with yourself for allowing this space for these emotions and energies to come up. Thank you so much for sharing 🙏

    Update, I decided to redo this and it was amazing, it made me feel lighter and more naturally energised. But now the issue is I feel very sore in my abodminals and near the arms. Is this normal and is this good or bad

      Aha! Great work!
      I think it's natural to be sore after doing an exercise you've never done before. Plus, you did it what, like 3 times in two days? 😅
      It's not a bad thing. But it's also good to let the body rest when it's sore.
      I'm sorry if my suggestion wasn't clear, but what I meant was that you should try this class again at the END of the 30 days. After you've done all the other classes, to see if your experience had changed.
      But good on you for being ambitious enough to go for it again right away!
      For now, I would suggest you to continue with the program and save any repeating for after you complete the 30 days. It is a progressive course so each day will somehow build upon the previous. But it's also diverse enough that there shouldn't be too much repetition and overworking of one specific area.

    I am a little nervous about these excersices because I often have some back pain and I am afraid to cause damage to my back if I don’t do these excersices correctly.

      It's true that injury is always a risk with any form of movement, but so long as you go at a comfortable pace, and stay present with your body you should be fine and avoid any form of injury. I will reaffirm, you don't need to go at my pace, I've been doing these things for years, especially in the beginning, take it easy! The practices will work, even if you go at a snails pace. It's much better to go lightly, develop a strong connection between your body and mind, and assure success, than it is to push, injur yourself and avoid all the wonderful benefits you can achieve through patience and dedication.
      Also, this class was especially dynamic for the back and legs. I remember myself feeling it was quite a strong sequence. Don't let it discourage you if you feel stiff tomorrow. Every day will bring its own delights and challenges 💞

      Feel free to add them Tomas! You can tune in and out however you feel is best for you. if you want to chant the adi mantra before and sat nam after, it will be even more potent if it's coming from you.

    Well this session was a fail unfortunately, not being able to do the pose at 5:03 really killed the vibe honestly and made me think I missed out a big part of the session

      It may sound strange for me to say, but this is a beautiful experience to face so early on in this practice.
      So often we can have the idea that doing Yoga will make us feel good and every experience will be pleasant. In fact, that is very often not the case. These practices are designed to help us to grow and expand. In order to expand we need to meet our limitations. Everyone has limitations - and often being confronted by them is quite uncomfortable.
      Notice the emotions that are flowing through you after this practice. They are proof that this session was not a failure, as clearly something is moving within you. 🙏
      I would encourage you to come back to this practice at the end of the month and see if your experience with it is any different.

      That's not uncommon in this pose. It can help to sit on the edge of a pillow, to assist your pelvis in tilting forward.
