    DAY 7 - 1 week in, woohoo!!! I've been doing this practice right after a 30 day workout challenge I started at the same time + it's been both the perfect cool down + energy warm up to kickstart my days. Today's practice was wonderful. I know one day I'll be able to do complete forward bends + reach for my toes :) NAMASTE YOGI ANDREW + everyone here

    Day 7 Complete! This practice felt challenging for me. I was only able to grab my shin just below my knee, and felt like the hinge at my waist was stuck and not able to move. Leaning forward, this then caused my upper back to curve as I leaned forward. Lots of growth from this point, for sure. Thank you Andrew!

      Great awareness! Yes, this is something many people need to work on with forward folding actions. It takes time, but the fact that you notice that you're bending in the back, rather than lower in the hips, is very good for you to work towards the correct posture 👍💞

    Thanks so much. Struggled a bit to get it done this weekend. Amazing how it's hard to even find 10minutes when you have young kids. But I did it 💖 never would of found 30-60minutes. Thanks so much for making them short but effective x

    Started day one today and now it’s video 7. 😅 The insight received regarding the levels of stagnant energy within this body is truly invaluable. You are a wonderful being Andrew. Humble reverence and gratitude to you and your team for providing this service. Recently recovered from an arm fracture and this channel came into consciousness synchronistically. Once the level of fitness restores itself, investing in advanced courses is absolutely in the cards. Feeling the joy. OM 🙏

    this transformation program caused some effects :)
    it makes me feel like i decided to clean my home but when i started to clean it, i found out that it was much more messy than i thought.
    i try and i try to clean my energy and i dont wanna turn it into a fight with myself.
    sometimes i find myself doing stuff for escaping from the moment because these moments are really hard to live in, also my mind does not want to change its work style. and in the end i do what my mind wants and after that i feel so regretful. and another fight starts :D
    with these kinda practices i can see the fight going on inside. i dont know how to stop or change it but i can see it.

      You know dear, what you have described here is exactly the work of the spiritual path - make friends with our mind. To slowly accept and relax into a union with our Self. So there is not this battle or confusion between the two. But please don't be frustrated that it's challenging. It's the end goal! It's what we're working towards and it does take a lot of work. Don't get down on yourself, because even being able to recognize this divide right now is a big accomplishment!
      When this fight starts, I want you to take a moment, notice it, breathe and tell yourself - on you own words - something like "we're both on the same team! We want the best for me. I want to live the best life possible. What can I do now so that everyone feels good?"
      Then try to find the solution so that both your mind and your heart - or your ego and your soul - can feel satisfied.
      Also, after you finish this big month of transformation - I will seriously encourage you to consider our Journey Through the Chakras: Transformation. I think it could help you very much to create some harmony. But wait till you finish this month before jumping ahead! 😉

    Thank you Andrew, for today’s practice. This one i found more challenging, partially due to insufficient leg flexibility. It was the first time that i was quite slower in my breathing but was relaxing into it, finding the right pace for me. I will be taking a break from your wonderful lessons now as i am committing myself into an 11 day vipassana course near Kandy. Namaste.

    Hey andrew which practice would you recommend for heart problems?

      It depends in which kind of heart problems. Practices which may be good for a weak heart could be damaging for an overactive one.
      One practice that is definitely in all cases and I would certainly recommend is the 9 Part Breath, that you will experience on day 9 💗
