I am planning this hike in 2029 when I retire and am all in on those who are currently on the trail. Thanks for sharing.
Sobo's Rule!!! Let's Go!
Hey, it's Jessie! Good to see you again! You were my favorite person to watch on the AT in 2022, so I'm definitely looking forward to watching your PCT journey! Hope you have a great time and take care!
You got this. We are so excited to watch you through your new adventure.
Honey Bee is back!! Yeah!!!
You’re back!!!! No way!!! Super happy to see you back in the saddle.
Hey Jessie. Its Rock N Roll. I followed along in 2022 and finished AT in 2023. So glad to hear you getting back on Trail. Good luck and God speed. I will be thru hiking in 2025 as well. Start in April NOBO.
Awesome! Great to see you accept a new challenge. Having watch your entire AT adventure, I know you have it in your soul to make this PCT Lash happen. Hopefully wildfires will not be as bad a thing this year as they have been in the past. Good luck !
I searched and found my daughter who was 25 years old in 2022 because of these videos.
Cool. I did an unintentional SOBO LASH of Washington and Oregon in 2021. Had to get off-trail at Ashland due to wildfires in California (all the National Forests closed for a month due to fires). I'm going SOBO again this year, starting in a week and hoping to complete the full thru. I haven't vlogged a hike before, but I'm giving it a go this year.
You may know this already, but there is very little cell service in Washington. You can buy wifi in Stehekin, and it works pretty well around the restaurant, but I couldn't get a signal at the PCT camp site in town. Coverage is a bit better in southern Washington and parts of Oregon. Sometimes it's possible to get a few bars of service on the higher peaks and saddles. FarOut comments are helpful here.
Anyway, I'm sure you'll love Washington and Oregon. The North Cascades are gorgeous. Have a great hike!
Great to see you back.I followed your entire AT hike. Can't wait.
Best of wishes for your upcoming hike. I enjoyed following your AT hike, and know your upcoming hike will be just as interesting.
So happy to see you again Jessie! I loved following your AT journey and look forward to this one as well. Stay well and be safe!
Can’t wait. You can Do this!!!
Hey Jessie! Tim from Echo (the best trail magic on the AT! ) I will mention to Sandra if she doesn't know already! Surprised to get the announcement but look forward to seeing your updates!!
Glad to see you back! I followed you on the AT and look forward to following you on the PCT. Good luck and God Bless!
Good luck on your trip. I'm planning on doing the PCT SOBO in 2026 and since I live near San Diego I'll be be basically walking home.
I'm excited for you! One of my fav movies is "Wild" starring Reese Witherspoon. Wish I could hike the AT or PCT someday.
Safe travels
Nice! I’ve been thinking of rewatching your A.T. videos as part of my morning coffee ritual as good genuine thru hiking content is hard to come by. Most make every moment look perfect, not that I enjoy seeing you upset or scared that’s just part of the trip isn’t it? But as it turns out “ Maybe Jessie will hike again”. Looking forward to your trip and good call hiking the through the desert section, a lot of those water sources look disgusting.
Let’s go!!! Congrats!
Watch “The Field Trip’s 2022 PCT hike”, a mother and her 4 sons (16-11 yr olds). BTW, The Field Trip crushed the miles on the PCT. They started middle of April and finished 2nd week of August. They commented on the difficulty of Washington streams. 2022 weather is similar to 2024. Best of luck to you!
Wow!
This is so exciting! I can’t wait follow
Glad to see you back! ❤❤
yay! This is Awesome news🙌 So Excited for you!
Great! Good luck and have a nice hike.
Glad you decided to share this one!

Yay!!!! Jessie....Missed you so much. I can't wait to watch the new adventure.
It is good seeing you again. I can't wait to see your journey.
Oh boy, can't wait for this one. We followed your whole AT journey and this one should be epic.
Be safe out there and have the time of your life.
Woo Hoo! My favorite hiker rides again. You're an inspiration Jessie!
I followed and enjoyed watching your AT thru-hike… looking forward to your PCT vlogs!

geek
Awesome, I watched your entire AT hike and am excited to see this one. I think witnessing both your highs and lows is what made your thruhike great. Good Luck.
I followed your AT hike from the first post, so this is exciting news. Good luck with it and I hope you enjoy the whole experience.
Don’t call it a comeback! Glad you’re back at it! 💪🏼💪🏼
Good luck. I am sure you can do it. As someone who lives near the AT, I look forward to seeing how different the Pacific Crest trail is through your vlogs.
Welcome back! Watched the first journey and you are one of a few that have inspired many adventures for me. I am excited to see this - welcome back and excited to see you back! :)
That’s awesome to hear! Hopefully many more adventures to come!
I just subscribed and look forward to your videos on trail! I will make sure to binge your AT journey 😊
You're in for a wild ride with the AT vlogs! Hope you still stick with me after binging them😂
Best of luck on your SOBO hike. I’ll be in Snoqualmie the first week in July. Who knows, maybe I’ll see you on trail.
Maybe Jessie back at it again!!! Just a thousand miles, nbd! Luv u girl ❤️
I'm starting my AT sobo hike next week, but I'll still make time to watch your videos. Have fun, hike your own hike!
Hope you have an amazing time on the AT!
Well, you put a smile on my face today! I watched all of your AT high, highs and low, lows!
I’ll be watching this one as well!

Hi Jessie! It's been a minute (2022!) Happy to have you back on your channel and look forward to watching your adventure! Zman
Greetings from Japan. I'm a long time PCT junkie from across the water. Hope all goes well with your trek!
Be safe; keep at it!
It was a pleasant surprise to see your announcement video pop up. As an early subscriber who followed your AT vlog from Georgia to Maine, I look forward to Honey Bee's next flight🐝
Thanks for sticking around! Happy to be back and on to the next adventure!
Hey , missed you!
The Washington/Oregon lash will be so pretty!
Whether you vlog or not I got ya back. 💛🤘
I'm so excited for you! Can't wait to see those beautiful stretches of trail. When I was doing my AT '22-'23 flip I met Sunrise on top of McAfee Knob in January of 2023. As the mom of a 25 year old daughter - I'm about to sound OLD! - he's such a nice young man! LOL I never get up early but for a week I felt called to be on McAffee Knob for sunrise. I didn't quite make it, and then I met him. He was my trail magic that day. He spoke so kindly and respectfully of you it mad eye tear up. Anyway, hope you have a great adventure! Happy Trails. 🤠
Wow crazy how the universe just works things out like that! I'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Sunrise
Yay, honeybee!!!
Back 2 years ago I was helping care for a family member for couple of months after surgery tho it went well they need help with care and your At videos helped me to take a. Little time for myself and chill out!
I had never really heard of the term thur hiking
I was rewatching a travel TH-camr i follow bike the Colorado trail loved the views and in it they mentioned some people hike its so i looked up hiking videos and found you (i think you were on like day 50) now this season im following about 12 hikers on a few different trails I blame you lol ❤ look forward to watching your Lash
So glad the AT vlogs brought you some peace during a stressful time! Apologies for sending you down a rabbit hole of trail vloggers - happens to the best of us 😂
I enjoyed watching your thru-hike Jessie and look forward to watching your PCT journey. I'm glad your are going southbound because to tell you the truth I have watched several northbound PCT hikes over the past several years and it will be interesting to see a different perspective. Thanks for sharing!
I'll take the PNW over the desert any day of the week! I'm actually shocked that more people don't choose to hike southbound on the PCT.
@@Maybe_Jessie I was raised in SoCal and lived there for much of my life. The PCT was never on my list as I've seen those mountains and desert and they don't appeal to me. But the PNW is amazing, and I have hiked some of the PCT in WA and absolutely love the idea of doing the WA/OR section as that's such a gorgeous area. I've had a challenging & tragic 2024 and am unsure when/if I will be able to hike again, but that's a lash I would definitely do. I hope you enjoy it! Happy Trails! - Wise Acres [class of 2022 AT]
@thebrickhiker so good to hear from you, Wise Acres! I hope your year is starting to look up. I’ll be sending positive vibes your way 🫶🏼
Pretty excited for this. I had a bear come by my house the other night a it made think of you and the bear water.
I think about that bear water frequently 😅
I'm hoping for the return of the blue Casio watch!
SOBO 7/10 See you on trail
Cool to hear you're doing this. Looking forward to following along. I didn't get to meet you, but I did meet your "posse" at Little Gap/Blue Mountain Road in Pennsylvania. I was there with water because it was a hot, dry stretch of weather. You were already through Little Gap and headed toward Wind Gap I believe. But, I was hiking toward Lehigh Gap and ran into the girl who you let do your vlog because it was her birthday. I remember she told me she worked at Acadia National Park. Anyway, I drove her and a few others down the mountain to get lunch at a local family restaurant. It was a blast talking to them. Have you been in contact with any of that gang since you finished the AT? All the best to you on your LASH! I so agree with you regarding all the lingo. Hiking is hiking. And, it's your hike. Take care and good luck....
Hate that I missed you on the AT! I still keep up with almost all my AT trail friends through social media and try to see them when I can!
Good luck to you. Enjoy your LASH. There is no defition of a LASH. Some people thing 20 miles is a lot, some think 2000 miles is not enough.
The experience from the AT is not really relevant for the PCT.
Check out Feral Hikes he did SOBO last year and TH-camd is entire experience
Did you do any hiking between the AT and now?
Honestly, hardly any! Just a few short days hikes and couple overnighters, but that’s about it! Excited to get back into the swing of things!
I want the same music from the at please!
Love the feedback 😂 I may have to revive the old soundtrack for the vlogs
I loved waking up and watching you videos everyday at 6 am, looking at your watch and listening to the jam.
