    My wife and I had tried to conceive for 7 years with no success. After numerous unsuccessful fertility treatments, we finally found a doctor in Syracuse, NY, who treats patients with food. It actually happens to be ketogenic diet. Thank God for internet (access to information) that lead us to this doctor. The reason we could not conceive was because our bodies were inflamed due to excessive consumption of carbohydrates, especially processed carbs. All we had to do 3 months of ketogenic diet. And I emphasize, just as the doctor emphasized, it has to be done for at least 3 months. Thank God, and of course the doctor, the miracle has happened! Now we have 3 beautiful and healthy little girls! Great video content! Thanks! Wishing you all good health!
    Happy family from Southgate, Michigan!

I do know what you mean because if I eat right before bed, it's like drinking coffee or red bull was before, and I end up spending an extra 2-4 hours awake. For a trucker (like this guy) it's probably ideal to have a meal of beef before the road because you can drive for a long time after that and not fall asleep.

    I remember about 20 years ago when Dr Atkins came out with the low carb diet and was roasted for it by dietitians, including the healthcare system. Yet everyone who done it got results and became healthier. Shame he didn't live long enough to see how far his work would go in changing the lives of 1,000's. Then he falls off the wagon, and eats refined carbs, and feels like crap again. I just gave up on him, as he knows what he has to do to help himself, but he loves carbs. He keeps asking me what I do, I told him I gave you the information, it's up to you now. I said to him, do you want to continue on your unhealthy path, or do you want to heal your body? I just don't say anything anymore.

Her A1C went down to 6.2, but she started snapping and cussing, saying she wants to eat whatever she wants, instead of being grateful as I am the only person trying to help her. I paid good money on groceries for her number to go down, but she is making it go back up. I stopped helping and caring. If she does not grow some balls and say f diabetes, then she will never change. She has a ton of pain all over and is basically a whiny, worthless, I always need help with everything, kind of woman. It's embarrassing because she's not sick with anything, just lazy.

      Be patient, it may take several attempts to fully switch from one way of eating to another. Just like any other addiction some need to experience going back and forth until they find out what’s working. Hopefully individuals are learning from their experiences. Some need to get to a life changing point before they change. It’s an important learning journey. Supporting people can be helpful but not to the point it’s becoming frustrating, relax it’s their journey. It’s an indication when people ask for advice and help that they want change but just haven’t figured it out yet. Keep calm and carry on 😊

    Reducing carbs can/is a major game changer for anybody. Although I wasnt diabetic yet(family history), I was pretty close due to my hypoglycemia (hangry episodes). Once I started cutting back (along with seed oils/junk/fast/processed food entirely) three years ago after my anemia diagnosis, the fat was melting off without any effort.

      i think the main thing is more controlled energy. carnivore or keto is balanced steady energy levels for the most part, great for an exercise or competition when it is planned. but if you have multiple sporting events/matches/games, in consecutive days, with training in between, you need more control of energy levels throughout the day.
      diet is used for different things, health, healing, muscle repair/building, and energy. there is not one diet that is the best for everything.

    • @twiggyfitness
      @twiggyfitness 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @JalomMatia there was an individual that completed 5 marathons in 7 days fully fasted to prove a person doesn't need food that perform. So why would keto not allow an individual to perform over multiple days? Just for thought.

    • @JalomMatia
      @JalomMatia 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@twiggyfitness yeah, that doesn't work long-term for most athletes. and did he finish in top spots throughout all the races?
      big difference between exercising/running on your own, and doing it competatively.
      you need to put in a few hours of training everyday, and also be in top form for events that last for days. if you start to skip training sessions because you are tired, you will underperform. which is why one needs carbs. but for the average athlete you don't need carbs. different diets have different pros/cons. to think that carnivore has all the pros is just not accurate, although it does have most.

    • @JalomMatia
      @JalomMatia 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      elite class athletes are extremely competative, and often even take PED to better perform, so why do most of them eat carbs if it wasn't beneficial?
      some of them do keto or carnivore in cycles but not long-term...there are very few and it just wouldn't be optimal in some sports.

    Most can only look at the little high or low flag next to the number. Beyond that they either don't know or don't care.

      Biased Corrupts Studies, & False Data (short)
      We don't need additional Vitamin C on carnivore, because we're not losing it through so many different means. The misconception that we don't get Vitamin C on the carnivore diet is misconstrued by fake Harvard research, & others part of this scam... Paid for, or owned by the same food & pharmaceutical companies selling us fake processed food, seed oils, carbs & GMO nutrient void vegetation that's making us fat, sick, & dead. They brainwash doctors by training them with research from corrupt studies, so they are unable to draw the correct logical conclusions, & get wrapped up into lies to promote the fake food pyramid, supported by hundreds of thousands of fake studies, making it hard to find the real studies, to make people think all this lab synthesized junk is food, to make us sick, so they can sell us pharmaceuticals to pretend to save our life, while keeping us busy with legalized slavery, & religion among other things, sports, fake news, movies, wars, etc... That just keeps us sick, because they're not cures, their cons. The fake food & drugs keep us in mind fog so that we can't tell what's going on... Some of us. Religions own the majority of these companies, so any studies done by them, are going to promote the products they're selling. Dr Anthony's Chaffee exposes the 7th Adventist Church's promotion of plants, & has TH-cam videos like "Plants are trying to kill you!" That turned my life around! Dr. Ken Berry has videos on these topics covering corruption in the world of health. I could list dozens more doctors & nutritionists aware of this corruption in the industry. The world is waking up, but information is still heavily censored. Every species on the planet has a specific food it's metabolically & biologically designed or adapted to eat, humans are no exception! Jesus (Yeshua) said, "Eat split hooved animals that chew the cud." (Leviticus 11) These are ruminant animals with four chambered stomachs capable of breaking down plant matter, filtering out plant defense chemicals, plant toxins, & most environmental pollutants, while also providing more nutrients than any other food on the planet, in more bioavailable or absorbable forms. Regeneratively raised cattle are on average about 6 times more nutrient dense than industrial cattle. Regeneratively raised Ruminant animals eat grass & weeds with long root systems capable of reaching deep within the soil & sucking up nutrients not available near the surface, or in the hydroponically grown, or nutrient void unrotated soils most crops are grown in today... They are also doused in estrogenic pesticides & carcinogenic herbicides... Among other things, like folic acid! Plants have defense chemicals, plant toxins, & anti-nutrients, the buildup in our systems, get stored in our tissues & joints, creating inflammation... It can take 20 years to essentially run out of room to store them, at which time autoimmune diseases & neurological disconnects in the mind can occur caused by chronic stress brought on by years of nutrient deficiency, & toxin buildup, affecting thyroid hormone production & regulation, deregulating stabilizing mood hormone production causing irritability, mood swings, & even violent thoughts or actions that can have psychologically damning consequences, even creating a neurological disconnect in the mind known in psychology as narcissism, which occurs to prevent a psychotic break during times of trauma, abuse, or chronic stress. This neurological disconnect developed to protect our mind from traumatic events, & separates us from the emotions that make us feel human such as, empathy, sympathy, compassion, remorse, & humility. This leaves them feeling empty inside, & left craving power & control as a means to feel something. Egotistical feelings of grandeur are or self-worth consumes them. This is the opposite of humility which is a key component for peace. We have to be careful we see & hear because stressful events can break the mind or cause a disconnect & separation from good morals. Narcissists lack emotions, & their actions are psychologically destructive to those around them. The emptiness they feel causes them to demoralize & take from those around them in an attempt to raise themselves up. They are unable to recognize the truth, understand or make certain connections, without access to the side of the disconnected areas of the brain making them susceptible to brainwashing tactics. Environmental stimulants like fluoride & boride, that compete for the absorption of iodine, & chloride make regulating thyroid hormones even more difficult add to emotional distress & dysfunction. Fluoride is in our water, & absorbs into plants almost everywhere in America. This is one of the reasons why there's a lot of cranky vegans, vegetarians, people on the standard American diet or Western diet... Negative environmental stimulants or chemicals that deregulate hormones creating thyroid imbalances, & mood disorders. I didn't get rid of my Hashimoto's until I completely removed plants after going from keto to carnivore. All of my conditions went away, I had some serious illness on the verge of ending my life, luckily, I had some amazing epiphanies that saved my life. And one of them the most important is that we're supposed to eat ruminant animals! Now I'm on a passionate journey to help others. We're not happy when we're hungry or nutrient deficient. The anti-nutrients in plants keep us from breaking down proteins & nutrients. Plants are indigestible carbohydrates that feed bad bacteria. We can starve out bad bacteria by not feeding our body things it has to turn into glucose. These bad bacteria send hunger signals to our brain telling us to crave unhealthy food that bad bacteria thrive on. There's no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. Carbohydrates kick us out of fat burning. We have to be burning fat in order to absorb our "fat soluble" vitamins. If we're kicked out of fat burning we're all so kicked out of ketosis. Ketones are our brains preferred fuel type. Cognitive & regenerative abilities increase tremendously while running on ketones. This makes all of our processes run better, especially metabolizing nutrients. Ketones regenerate brain cells with Neurogenesis. This reduces brain fog and allows us to know what our body needs. We've lost the ability to tell because we're constantly being bombarded with foreign toxins. Fiber produces methane as it ferments in our gut, expanding the lining of our gut stretching the walls of our stomach & lower intestine, creating tears in the gut lining, & anal fissures in the lower intestine, through which Vitamin C leaks back into our blood creating free radicals & metabolic waste that our bodies struggle to clean up, creating infection, & chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation prevents mitosis & autology, our body's natural healing mechanisms. Vitamin C loss causes other nutritional deficiencies, because Vitamin C aids in directing some nutrients where to go. Most Vitamin C is absorbed into our tissues in different areas of the body where it is needed, however glucose competes for absorption using the same receptors, so consuming glucose effectively blocks the receptors that absorb Vitamin C, creating more deficiency, more free radicals & more metabolic waste from unpaired molecules, vitamins, & minerals, just floating around in our blood. About 90% of Vitamin C is synthetic, lab synthesized ascorbic acid that is molecularly incomplete. Unrecognizable by our bodies, & competes for the absorption of real Vitamin C! These are some of the reasons why everybody is nutrient deficient... Anti-nutrients in combination with blocking fat soluble vitamin absorption, & Vitamin C Los that aids in directing other nutrients. The fast erratic volatile nature in which glucose burns, in a way similar to rocket fuel, quickly wears out our cells. Repeated damage creates dysfunctional cells that multiply into cancerous tumors. Sugar & carbs that our bodies turn into glucose increase the growth rate of cancer cells. Sugar, refined grains, & seed oils, are at the top of the list of things we shouldn't be putting in our bodies... We should be eating nutrient-dense regeneratively raised grass-fed ruminant animals. It is unquestionably & undeniably the healthiest, least inflammatory, thing that we can eat, and the first step to curing any illness. Hippocrates said, "Good health starts in the gut!" "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
      Jesus said, "Eat split hooved animals that chew the cud."
      "If we give the body its basic raw materials it can do pretty cool things (Dr. David Brownstein)
      "Take away the excess of toxicity, get what you need, & that's the core of integrated function." (Dr. Sid Baker)
      "Some foods aren't good for you, don't eat them, and you'll be fine." (Gary Taubes) (Investigative journalist)
      "Rather than eat the carbs, and take the antidote, why not just, not eat the carbs." (Gary Taubes)(Investigative journalist)
      Red dye, yellow dye, blue dye, you die! (Dr. Mark Hyman)

      Appropriate Diet, & Narcissism
      Our evolved ancestrally appropriate diet consists primarily of ruminant animals such as lamb, deer, cattle, bison, & elk. (Yeshua) Jesus said, "Eat split hooved animals that chew the cud." (Leviticus 11) Appropriately fed regeneratively raised Ruminant animals have four chambered stomachs capable of breaking down plant matter, filtering out plant defense chemicals, plant toxins, & even many environmental pollutants, while also providing more essential nutrients in more bioavailable or absorbable forms than any other food by far. This long digestive process "cleans" or removes contaminants that other animals don't. Industrial cattle are fed GMO corn, wheat, & soy, void of many of the nutrients found in animals eating a variety of nutrient dense grass & weeds. Regeneratively raised ruminants eat grass & weeds with long root systems capable of reaching deep within the soil, sucking up nutrients not available near the surface, or in hydroponically grown, or nutrient void unrotated soils, like most crops are grown in. Genetically modified organisms (GMO) are modifications at a cellular level to create changes in the genetic makeup that changes the cell structure & natural design at a level our bodies don't know what to do with, because it can take millions of years for our biology to develop & adapt our cells to recognize new metabolic material, or digestible food. They're genetically altered to be larger, seedless, & so much more. Fruits & vegetables are altered to resist breakdown to last longer on store shelves, bread to be sweeter than our bodies can handle, or resistant to herbicides & pesticides, so the amount of pesticides used can be increased, as weeds & pests develop resistance to them. These chemical toxins absorb into the cell structures of plants, & cannot be washed off, like we are told. Our biology is not like cattle & other ruminants, with long digestive tracts made to break down plant material. We have short acidic digestive tracts adapted to digest meat.
      Carnivore is a fasting mimicking diet. Fasting allows our body down time from breaking down food, & repairing cell damage caused by inappropriate inflammatory diets. By eliminating inflammatory components like chemicals & toxins from our food, & other harmful things in our environment, we are more capable of healing damage when it occurs. In a non inflammatory state, we are able to use our body's natural healing mechanisms. We use mitosis to dispel, or clean out the old damaged mitochondria that our cells are made out of, repairing, & replacing them with new ones using autophagy, & this process creates new vibrant healthy cells. This keeps us healthy, happy, & feeling amazing! We don't have to worry about hunger cravings, insulin spikes, or debilitating mood swings. One nutrient dense meal per day is enough to satiate us most of the time, provided we're eating clean regeneratively farmed meat that's much higher in nutrients than industrial meat, which would require on average, six times more, for the same amount of nutrients. Wilder gamier tasting animals tend to enjoy eating nutrient dense weeds more, so their nutritional profiles are higher, because weeds have longer root systems than grass, with greater access to higher levels of nutrients deeper in the soil, such as potassium, magnesium, iron, iodine, etc... Lamb, deer, & elk are few examples. If we eat plants with anti-nutrients, or other harmful suboptimal foods that hurt us, then we are required to eat more "clean" ruminants to heal that damage. If we exert ourselves, or sustain damage, internal or external, then we need to eat more salt, protein, & fat... The building blocks & energy needed to heal from that damage. We are animals & we can't get the essential animal proteins we need from plants... Plant cell biology is different. If we want strong healthy bodies, we need the correct building blocks, & our bodies have to work with what we give them.
      Botany teaches us that plants are stationary & have developed plant defense chemicals & plant toxins to defend themselves. Plants also have thousands of anti-nutrients that bind to essential proteins & nutrients, keeping us from breaking down & absorbing them. The cell structure of plants prevents the nutrients from being absorbed by our bodies until they are broken down, which we are incapable of doing without pre & probiotics that create a science experiment in our gut. Even after breakdown only about 5% of the nutrients in plants are in bioavailable forms usable by our body, consuming most poisons, leaves behind lectins, & anti-nutrients, & put us in a constant nutrient deficit. This deficit is clear evidence that plants are not a sustainable food for human consumption! Plants & the fiber in them are indigestible carbs that feed bad bacteria & cause stomach bloat from methane gas build up, produced during plant fermentation, resulting in stomach bloat, tears in our gut lining, & anal fissures in our lower intestine through which we lose Vitamin C back into our blood with bad bacteria & feces, causing other nutritional deficiencies, because Vitamin C plays a role in signaling other nutrients where to go. This condition is known as leaky gut or increased intestinal permeability, & produces free radicals, & metabolic waste buildup our bodies struggle to clean up with constant incoming waste material. Glucose uses the same receptors as Vitamin C, so our requirements for Vitamin C go up by a lot when we eat sugar, carbs, & fructose that compete for absorption. Fiber is non-essential & indigestible by humans, contrary to popular belief... This is a fact! If we were capable of metabolizing it or breaking it down, it would be absorbed by our bodies, & we would not have to attempt to digest it, or take pre/probiotics to break it down. Fiber, like other carbs, feed bad bacteria that take over our microbiome, send false hunger signals, make us bloated, cause irritable bowel syndrome, give us indigestion, or heartburn, nutrient deficiencies, & make us chronically ill... eventually leading to autoimmune diseases, cancer, & narcissistic tendencies or a neurological disconnect in the mind from chronic stress caused by thyroid hormone dysregulation from plant anti-nutrients causing deficiency over long periods of time! Bad bacteria feed on glucose & cannot survive on fat or ketones. Our bodies use gluconeogenesis & ketogenesis to make all the glucose & ketones we need from fat, also allowing us to regulate & maintain steady & appropriate levels in our blood. The form of glucose that we convert from fat using gluconeogenesis is a much more stable, non-sticky, non inflammatory fuel, unlike glucose made from sugar & carbs. We can produce & regulate insulin, & blood glucose levels at a steady 4 grams when we produce it from fat. Sugars, carbs, & vegetables, kick us out of fat burning, & ketosis, because we can only burn one fuel type at a time. Ketones are our brains preferred fuel type! Cognitive & regenerative abilities increase tremendously while in ketosis. We've been fear mongered into believing that fat is bad, but it is absolutely essential! Fat is good for us! We have to be burning fat in order to absorb our "fat soluble" vitamins. Fat doesn't make us fat... High GI or insulin producing food such as sugar, carbs, processed foods, & other things our bodies don't recognize, & have to get out of the way, is what makes us fat. Our bodies only burn glucose first as a defense mechanism. Glucose creates the same inflammatory response to our cells, & similar levels of addictive dopamine signaling to the receptors in the addiction centers of our brain, as meth, heroin, & cocaine! Glucose from sugar, carbs, & fructose burns similarly to rocket fuel, burning in a fast, volatile, erratic way that's damaging to cells. The deaths of many carb loading bodybuilders show clear evidence, & the results dictate the outcome of burning glucose for fuel! We produce insulin to signal our bodies to turn sugar, carbs, fructose, & honey into glucose to be stored as unhealthy, but usable starvation fuel or glycogen stores. This is the subcutaneous fat under our skin, visceral fat smothering our organs, & glycating into a sticky syrup like substance, as it lingers in our blood, & arteries, eventually hardening, clogging them, causing heart attacks & strokes. Insulin is produced to protect us & signals our bodies to promptly store away high levels of dangerous sticky glucose. The insulin that we can produce is limited, especially without proper nutrients, & fat, & a source of iodine. The thyroid mechanisms responsible for glucose regulating insulin can wear out, causing diabetes. Carbs mixed with protein, or worse fructose combined with protein, when consumed & metabolized together, create sticky proteins or glycation, that clog our arteries faster... Fructose causes glycation 7 times faster then glucose! Most autoimmune diseases, & cancers are made worse by the fast, volatile, erratic burning, very damaging nature of glucose, & inappropriate diets, that cause nutritional deficiencies. Recommended dietary guidelines, our doctors schooling, & medical foundations are corrupt, & biased, in support of the corporations & religious shell companies producing the processed foods & pharmaceuticals making & keeping everyone sick, brain fogged, & dying. Our sick care systems are not focused on "root cause" healing, but rather deceitful depopulation. Our bodies don't recognize the lab synthesized vitamins, drugs, processed foods, chemicals in makeup, perfume, scented candles, aerosols, cleaners, toothpaste, a toxic water supply, synthetic clothing, etc... All absorb into our skin, & we need to repair damage from them. These chronic stressors prevent autophagy used to heal, cutting lifespan nearly in half! Benjamin Franklin said, "Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon, and wise too late."

      Bad bacteria like that which are derived from starchy russet potatoes, thrive in our stomach, multiplying faster than most bad bacteria, killing our good gut bacteria faster, destroying the health of our microbiome, resulting in illness. Many vegetables have too many carbs, & contain the same anti-nutrients found in all plants, in varying amounts. Plant breakdown & anti-nutrients create nutrient deficiencies. Nutrient deficiencies lead to thyroid problems such as hyper & hypothyroidism, & Hashimoto's, which inhibits proper hormone production & regulation, affecting mood, resulting in inappropriate thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, & actions. These mood disorders affect everyone around us, & is contagious to a degree that most don't see, even causing the condition known in psychology as narcissism, or greedy, self-righteous, self-absorbed, inhospitable, lying, cheating, gluttonous, control freaks.
      Narcissism is one of humanity's biggest flaws, & why we keep having to rebuild collapsed societies. The narcissistic condition leaves us feeling empty inside with an uncontrollable craving or desire for power & control. Without access to the emotions that make us feel whole or human, the egotistical side of the brain dominates our thought process, with uncontrollable desires for dominance over others through power & control at nearly any cost. Narcissists demoralize, gaslight, & strip others of their sanity, & confidence. They are psychologically damaging to our emotional state, like walking chronic stressors... Breaking the minds of others & taking from them, is a way in their mind to raise themselves up, & devalue others. Narcissists can be difficult to recognize at first because most of them are very good actors, especially the covert narcissist. They have no remorse when they lie or cheat, or steal, so they often look innocent... Even actually forgetting moments of emotional turmoil completely due to the neurological disconnect in their mind that inhibits recollection, & making connections.
      To go to war with another, is to go to war with yourself, & those you love, for the mind is fragile. The cries of your enemy will destroy your humility. During trauma or during the violence witnessed in war, & abuse, or even caused by chronic stress from legalized slavery, or by years of consuming false diets that affect mood regulating hormones, we can become afflicted with a neurological disconnect in the mind to prevent a psychotic break, causing narcissism. This disconnects us from the side of our brain responsible for making decisions with good morals in mind, removing our ability to make connections with feelings of empathy, sympathy, compassion, remorse, & humility. This means they're not concerned with the outcome of their actions. We must be careful what we let our ears hear, & our eyes see. Thoughts, words, & actions, carry meaning & emotion. They can make us laugh, cry, love, or hate, & that's powerful! Cause & effect are fundamental laws in science that describe how "Every action has an equal, and opposite reaction." (Newton's third law) Positive or negative emotions, vibes, or energies raise, or lower our mood bringing us closer to peace (God), or mental anguish (Satan). People don't realize how diminishing graphic violence in movies can be to our soul. Atrocities of war send us straight into a mental misery of narcissism spreading like a plague from one individual to the next through acts of violence. Narcissism is a neurological condition that occurs during trauma to prevent a psychotic break, like blowing a fuse in our brain, that results in a lack of morals, causing all of the chaos currently in our world. We developed this disconnect as a way of dealing with times of brutal war forced upon us by those that wish to rule over us, literally forcing us to fight for our lives. This condition is detectable with a brain scan. Our minds are more fragile than most realize... "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (Proverbs 4:23) "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." (Luke 6:31) (Matthew 7:12) (The Golden Rule) "Those who guard their lips preserve their lives, but those who speak rashly will come to ruin." (Proverbs 13:3) Think before you speak! "Brevity is the soul of wit." (William Shakespeare) This means to express intelligent concepts in few words. Speak with precision, & clarity, void of contempt.
      Ellen Harmon White, co-founder of the 7th Adventist Church, convinced many God fearing Christians in the 1800s, in order to be virtuous, we should avoid meat to prevent primal desires of the flesh or sex... Just like during the puritanical movement a couple hundred years before. Those desires which were frowned upon were a result of normal levels of hormones, because of adequate nutrition from ruminant animals, small fish, eggs, & a healthy high saturated fat diet. All of which corporations or corrupt health institutions have systematically demonized, to convince the public are bad for our health by creating, unhealthy lab synthesized, or inappropriately altered, & incorrectly fed & malnourished animals, & variants of fake foods, that have dumbed us down, made us smaller, weaker, sick, docile, easily manipulated, & brainwashed, & cut our life expectancy in half. They have created hundreds of thousands of fake studies backing their claims, making it difficult to find the truth. It's all about breaking us, profiting from our lives, killing us off, & repeating the process. Even the court system is set up to let corporations get away with crimes against humanity. They just plead The Fifth to murder, pay a small fine, & go do it again. There's evidence of food or bread being used to fog our minds as far back as our historical findings will allow us to look. This is one of the reasons why the Smithsonian keeps covering up findings & very old rare objects proving we are much older than we are led to believe. It's basically their job to prevent the public from finding the truth through the discovery of those objects. George Orwell said, "The most effective way to destroy people, is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history." We found many cave drawings with depictions of us hunting Buffalo... Sadly broken-minded neurologically disconnected narcissist Christians killed off all of the Buffalo, driving them off of cliffs, to starve out the native American Indians, so they could steal their land, murder the men, & defile their women. This reminds me of the Romans throwing defective babies off of cliffs to create a powerful army to enslave the world. Religion shows up again & again throughout history as a means of justification for atrocities or unjust wars influenced & started by narcissists that wish to control & rule over everything & everyone! This is the "divide and conquer" plan set into motion at the start of religion. We cannot be "One With All," if we are one with a group, which is by definition, a cult that's been around for a long time, & typically gains following through genocidal means. The Cargo cults of today can help us understand how we evolved to worship what we don't understand. Briefly studying The Inquisitions & The Crusades can bring awareness to how Christianity & the Roman Catholic Church got there standing... Genocide! Convert, or die can be a pretty convincing argument! The Church can bring a sense of communion, but that is a deceitful distraction from its true purpose... Deceit, control, power, religious rule, & depopulation. Demons (narcissists) hide amidst a large flock of good guys calling themselves Christians, not knowing what they worship. Religious organizations own most of the processed food & pharmaceutical companies making everyone fat, sick, & dead! "Red dye, yellow dye, blue dye, you die." (Mark Hyman) Follow the money... The Rothschilds run Christianity in America. About 100 families make up the 1%, that rule over everyone else. God is within us, & all around us... We don't need a church to find God, & those that seek to control others are caught in a catch 22, because this prevents them from finding God. How can you help others find God, if you yourself are corrupt? "You cannot drink from the cup of the Lord and from the cup of demons. You cannot eat at the Lord's table and at the demon's table." (Corinthians 10:2, NLT) Unless you're okay with bowing down to lost souls & murderers! Free Will is not a concept recognized by governments or religion. Jesus believed in "Free Will" & stood up for our freedom & god-given rights. Jesus said, "The truth will set you free." (John 8:32) He preached against government, corporate, industrial, & even religious movements. The book of Thomas & the book of Enoch, not included in the Bible, but accepted by scholars, give accounts of Jesus's true beliefs, & an understanding of the teachings of Christ. Christ, derived from the Greek word "Christos," means "anointed one," Savior or Messiah, meaning Awakened & Enlightened. The Holy Spirit is the same as Christ's Spirit & God's Spirit. They are One & the Same! (Romans 8:9-10; Ephesians 3:16-17; Colossians 1:27). "We Are All One in Christ." (Galatians 3:23-29) We all have abilities that are suppressed, & hidden from us. We are all spiritually attuned as Jesus (Yeshua), & every other Christ was, of which there have been many, & will be many more, upon Awakening & Enlightenment! Sadly, we've been spiritually broken like horses are broken to ride them, over many years of oppressive governmental & religious rule. "As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…" (Hermes Trismegistus) Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Ken Berry, & Dr. Shawn Baker, & Steak & Butter Gal (ala Bella), on TH-cam, are great sources for additional health & diet information, transition info, & support network. I was a vegan / vegetarian for over 30 years. I’m 59 and I added protein back in a year ago as I work out 4-5 x wkly for muscle growth ; started on carnivore almost 90 days ago ( strictly) beef eggs butter bacon. No deviations. I have not gotten relief of my arthritis. That is the main reason I have switched to a carnivore elimination program. I know I have damage from years of a low protein strictly veggies and fruit lifestyle. But I am a little disappointed when hearing others experience amazing “quick” results. Other than the arthritis pelvis, hips knees and stenosis in my neck and spinal cord c3c4. I’m trying to be patient and will continue as what are my options? I have realized I was addicted to Splenda, aspartame all stevias and fake sweet hits ~ that’s a important take away

      @AMO17 I did keto for over 7 years and in the beginning I would fall off the wagon and eat carbs regularly. It probably took me over a year to stop doing that. I do strict carnivore now and find that it's so easy. I don't eat any carbs so there's never any temptation. Even when I was many years into keto I would occasionally slip up and eat way too many nuts or berries. I haven't cheated once with carnivore because I'm not trying to moderate anything. He has several videos on cortisol ..the stress hormone. We need and use cortisol but he has techniques to lower. Again, I don't think it's too much protein. However, Berg says too much can cause more sugar release . Good luck

    Idk bout y’all but my gut bacteria loves to eat organic sourdough cookies and bread. After all that sauerkraut and raw kefir throughout the week. Baked goods and raw milk the key to my carb loads. Can’t forget about the beneficial byproducts that synthesize in the gut from the bacteria eating the carbs. Bvitamins, short chain fatty acids, amino acids, and vitamin k2! I’d say carbs are very beneficial 😏 after an aortic dissection at the age of 19 in peak physical condition, or so I thought.. Trying to build muscle while having a torn aorta is almost impossible. Having to keep my bp and heart rate down and a weak chest wall and abdominal muscles, I am no longer able to physically strain what so ever. After vegan, to carnivore/elimination diet - reversing lactose intolerance and my celiac disease, I’ve found a cyclic keto-carb load diet has shown me nothing but success in my muscle growth(after losing all my muscle from a vegan diet). I can do 15 pull ups and have a conversation. My forearms and arms/legs, butt, back have to over compensate for my weak middle region. Breath is the most important of health. Look at my physique in my upload if you think I’m lying. Idk why carbs are so scary for your carnivores. Use carnivore as a short term tool to reverse issues and gradually work on increasing food groups. Ain’t nothing wrong with sprouted einkorn flour mixed with raw a2a2 butter, corn soy free pastured egg, coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon wash it down with raw milk. Like y’all need some mf enjoyment in life. I’ll eat steak and eggs 5 days out the week, but y’all, sourdough pizza? Properly prepared Organic pasta and rice? Skip the baked goods. Glass of milk after a bowl of ground beef.. like y’all. Why would their be enzymes in raw dairy that helps with the digestion of proteins from meat and protein/sugar from grains. Why are their enzymes in fruit that help digest meat? Carnivore 3 months then slowest incorporate foods. Mostly all the modern hunter gather tribes have carbs in their diet.

    It always amazes me that people that seems to be "awake" doesn't know that evolution is a hoax, and that humans haven't been on earth (which is a closed environment) for millions/billions of years.
    But Carnivore rules!

    So funny you talk about joint replacement. My 7th Day Adventist (vegetarian pushing religion) mother and step-father which they have been 20 years have 5 joints, I think, between them. Shoulders and knees. And my mother's neck is killing her in pain. They eat a ton of oats every day and cereal and make bread.

    Dr Chaffee,, what does a keto diet or carnivore diet do for T1D patients? Our daughter is T1D.
    Nevermind... you answered it later in the video.

    Carbs are not bad as long as they aren't refined

      Maybe better stated as:“carbs are not bad if they are not refined, AND not in excess, AND if you are metabolically undamaged”. For years I had “healthy carbs”, (no processed carbs) as the center of my diet and became metabolically ill after a number of years. Now, I take couple bites only, every few days, without setting off any alarms🙂

      Fat & Insulin
      We've been fear mongered into believing that fat is bad, but it is absolutely essential! Fat is good for us! We have to be burning fat in order to absorb our "fat soluble" vitamins. Fat doesn't make us fat... Fake high glycemic index, insulin producing food such as sugar, carbs, fructose, honey, processed foods, lab synthesized complex carbohydrates, artificial sweeteners, & anything else that's damaging, or our bodies don't recognize, & have to get out of the way, is what makes us fat. The number of things we've been convinced to eat is astonishing! Insulin is a hormone that sends a signal to our body to store fat. The higher the insulin spike, the more fat we store. This is why high glycemic foods cause us to gain more weight. Even the act of smelling & chewing food will create a small insulin response. Every drink of a sugary beverage that will usually also contain addictive lab synthesized high fructose corn syrup, signals our body to produce insulin, signaling the storage of unhealthy glycogen fat stores, & increasing insulin with each sip. It's a cycle that leads us straight to obesity just like injecting ourselves with more insulin which does the same thing. They're literally causing diabetes with the same medication that they're using to treat it! Liquids are highly absorbable, & this will increase the severity of an insulin spike. Please don't give your babies ground up fruit or carbs! Our brains are made primarily out of fat, & healthy fats are essential for developing brains! Our bodies only burn glucose first as a defense mechanism. Glucose creates the same inflammatory response to our cells, & similar levels of addictive dopamine signaling to the receptors in the addiction centers of our brain, as meth & cocaine! Glucose burns similarly to rocket fuel, burning in a fast, volatile, erratic way that's damaging to cells. The deaths of many carb loading bodybuilders show clear evidence, & the results dictate the outcome of burning glucose for fuel! We produce insulin to signal our bodies to turn sugar, carbs, fructose, honey, etc, into glucose to be stored as unhealthy, but usable starvation fuel or glycogen stores. This is the subcutaneous fat under our skin, visceral fat smothering our organs, & glycating into a sticky syrup like substance, as it lingers in our blood, & arteries, eventually hardening, clogging them, causing heart attacks & strokes. Carbs mixed with protein, or worse fructose combined with protein, when consumed & metabolized together, create sticky proteins or glycation, that clog our arteries faster. Fructose glycates seven times faster than glucose, & has to be metabolized by our liver & kidneys, which can wear out our pancreas & create hormone imbalances, or liver, & kidney disease.
      Insulin resistance is apparent by a protruding stomach commonly referred to as a beer belly... And also means dangerous levels of glycating glucose are on the verge of clogging arteries increasing blood pressure. A puffy rounded face is a good indication that glucose has made it to areas around the brain, leaving us susceptible to bacterial infection in our brain... Bad bacteria send hunger signals & cravings for dangerous levels of sugar or glucose. We need a strong clear mind if we want to survive in this world! Damage in the brain occurs when glucose crosses through the blood brain barrier, causing inflammation by repeatedly damaging cells in the brain, & the results of the damage dictate the area of the brain affected. Bad bacteria follow their food source, glucose, eventually breaking through our blood-brain barrier. Bad bacteria have no concern for the damage they cause as they root around in our brain like rambunctious children, consuming glucose & brain matter, as they multiply out of control causing varying neurodegenerative diseases in the brain, depending on what part of the brain is affected & the severity of the infestation. Using glucose as a fuel source prevents us from using fat for fuel, because we're kicked out of fat burning to prevent the damaging side effects of glucose on the body, by storing it as unhealthy glycogen stores. This energy consuming process is necessary to prevent glucose from lingering in the body causing damage. We burn glucose first as a defense mechanism to prevent it from causing problems. We can derive the 4 grams of glucose we need from fat in a more stable form, & that's all we can tolerate before being kicked out of fat burning & ketosis, & into unhealthy glucose burning, & glycogen storage. We are unable to properly regulate our blood sugar levels when we are creating insulin spikes with sugar & carbs, which signals our bodies to create more insulin, signaling the storage of more fat. This glycogen storage is that which makes up the subcutaneous fat beneath our skin, visceral fat smothering our organs, & eventually clogging our arteries, causing heart attacks & strokes. Mixing glucose with protein creates sticky proteins causing glycation in our bodies, & on the walls of our arteries eventually clogging them. We need protein for muscle growth, & organ function. Avoiding sugar & carbs along with getting plenty of healthy cholesterol from ruminant animals will help keep our arteries clean. Our cholesterol goes up on the carnivore diet, because it's supposed to. Our bodies make cholesterol because we need it. On a ruminant animal based diet, we get enough healthy saturated fats to make, & regulate what we need. When our blood glucose levels go beyond 4 grams, we're kicked out of ketosis, & forced into storing that glucose as unhealthy glycogen fat stores. This unhealthy glycogen storage process is necessary to prevent glucose from causing damaging free radicals, & metabolic waste, as it lingers in our body, also preventing it from getting to our brain. Were kicked out of fat burning and ketosis to convert glucose into unhealthy glycogen stores preventing glucose from causing damage in our body. Our bodies are capable of making all of the glucose & ketones that we need from healthy fat, like tallow, Ghee, & grass-fed butter from regeneratively raised ruminant animals that eat grass with long root systems capable of reaching deep within the soil & sucking up nutrients not available close to the surface, or in hydroponically grown or nutrient void unrotated soils most commonly used in agriculture today, by narcissists that don't care about the land, environment, animals, or making quality food. Glucose converted from fat doesn't oxidize in the way that glucose from sugar and carbohydrates do, turning it into a stickier substance that hardens into a caramel, Amber or hard resin like substance in our body & arteries. Ketones are our brains preferred fuel type. Cognitive & regenerative functions are dramatically increased burning ketones. Simply put, our brains only function correctly when we give them the right fuel. We don't power a diesel engine with regular fuel... Or a regular engine with diesel fuel. Both vehicles, because they're not built to run on those fuels, would break down long before they should. Sugar basically gums up the works & keeps the whole system from functioning correctly. Ketosis allows us to think more clearly & puts us in touch with our senses, intuition allowing us the ability to have a clearer understanding of what's wrong with our brain, body, & even the world. Think of your brain like I light a light bulb... Our light bulb won't shine at its brightest if we don't give it the right type of power, (electricity in this case) at the right voltage. In our case, our bodies & brains run optimally burning fat for fuel, specifically from grass-fed ruminant animals. Our brains are made primarily from fat, & brain size & neurological activity has been shown to decrease tremendously consuming glucose. This reduction in brain function also severely inhibits our ability to heal!
      Ruminant animals have four chamber stomachs capable of breaking down fiber and other plant matter absorbing it into their fat. Fat from non-ruminant animals is not too different for our bodies to recognize, but just not optimal either. Our bodies still know what to do with it, so it doesn't cause a problem. This is our evolved ancestral appropriate diet. Our bodies have had to adapt to be able to tolerate other foods for survival. People who had ancestors in areas plentiful in plants will have higher levels of adaptations to tolerate plants. It's the same for all foods. If your ancestors were Inuit, living in a cold snowy ice covered environment with no plants, vegetables, or fruits in sight... You will have less adaptations to tolerate very many other things besides fish and other meats that were available to your ancestors. This is known as genetic evolution. Everyone has different ancestors, & therefore different genetic evolutions, resulting in different levels of genetic tolerances. If you are intolerant to something, that's a sure sign your system doesn't recognize that foreign matter, or how to interact with it.
