Hello, I am a Korean student aspiring to be a concept artist. I draw monsters often, but coloring is not enough, so I watch this video and get help. I don't quite understand what you mean, but just seeing what you're drawing helped a lot. lol .Please forgive me for using a translator.

I like to extend the limbs, or make more.
I like making them skinny, or bloody because..,horror…
I make them have like an uncanny appearance, and I usually don’t add teeth, or if I do then it’s human teeth.
I like to make them posed like dogs or crawling.
And I sometimes make them a bunch of mashed together people.
Sometimes I like to add different fears into my monsters, my favourite being trypophobia :)
this guy made it look so easy, i cant even come close to doing what he did for the sketches and ive been drawing for 7 years now

It's the industry standard for professional artwork nowadays, and makes a good number of things easier and quicker.
You make this in photo shop
Yes like 80% of the industry is using Photoshop, I use the 2018 Version feels way better to paint on it
