Right now it's hip power snatches. Teaches me how to pull under the bar

I have not done any tall snatches yet. I will have to look at that exercise.
Edit: after I sent that I saw you had a video on it. I will give it a watch

Great video, Couple if basic questions, 1) what is your rest time between sets, do you use time or heart rate feel? Look at the video at a slower speed it looks like you have a slight arm bend to bring the bar into the hips to the same contact point that you hit on the snatch so the hip energy on the extension transfers into the bar. It looks like the arms start to slightly bend just after the bar passes the knees. Is your power clean bar contact point the same as your snatch?? Just curious, listening to the explanation for clarity.

Normally I’m resting about 90-120 sec at lighters weights and between 120-180sec at bigger weights , over 80%

Hey Gabriel, i had a question for you. Let’s say you have 6 sets of 3 of back squat at 95% of your 1RM…. if you get through 3 Sets and fail on the fourth set should you go down in weight, or keep attempting the 95%?

    • @gsincraian

first, I don't think is possible to do 6 set's of 3 with 95% , so you need to adjust correctly the percentages and you will not miss.
