LONG PARAGRAPH APPROACHING
Hello once again guys, haven't seen you for a year! Hope you are all doing great and if you are reading this before watching the video, go watch it it's really rad.
First I will declare that I am ashamed for not uploading over a whole year. I know I could've pushed a let's play vid here or there but I didn't. My reason is because I wanted to do something different. The first ideas I had were top 10's or reviews but those didn't work out so well...
So for some reason I decided to give the Ace Attorney games a try and blah blah blah I LOVED THEM blah blah. So after messin' around in the interwebz I saw people who did Phoenix Wrongs and music videos using the sprites of the games. Given that I had just finished GK2 (Gyakuten Kenji 2 or Ace Attorney Investigations 2) I decided to give this thing a whirl.
And after a year and a half of work, this is the product.
Hope you enjoy this video and soon enough, I will upload another one similar to this one. Let's plays will resume with a brand new fun series and other stuff will come.

I know this came out years ago but I only recently discovered how great the Ace Attorney series is and fell in love with Edgeworth, so I just wanna say how much I love this video. My only minor nitpick is that I wish there was some Logic Chess scenes

Late to this party but I cant overstate how brilliant the inclusion of Simon at 3:58 is when you consider the themes of AAI2, when you realize that may have just been Simon if he had someone like Edgeworth to turn to after the SS-5 incident

I keep rewatching this and every time Gregory adjusts the edge of his jacket, I just smile. Man's a hardened defense attorney and when he does that, its time to buckle down and show the power of the law.

This, especially after the recent Investigations collection reveal, is the hypest thing I could have possibly watched right now
"Never fear the fall" but Edgeworth never fall
I love this more than you can imagine. This is arguably my favorite Sonic related song.
Only a slightly related note, I seriously think this game is underrated and people don't appreciate how much effort and ambition this game actually had.
Of course, the game was ultimately rushed and the result definitely wasn't one of Sonic's greats. But, it takes us back to a time where Sonic wasn't about guns or team-based gameplay.
The music is amazing, you can tell they did TRY with the story, and while I don't think Sonic is a series that should have some intricate storytelling, it has it's moments for sure. Be it when Sonic misses the cliff, and the ship explodes lifting both him and Elise upward into the flower garden. Hell, the game ends with an epic triple super form hedgehog takedown, with AMAZING music.
The issue is incredibly ironic, in it losing sight of what Sonic was in all that ambition to revitalize the series. Sonic is a character I've held dear to my heart for years, and I honestly can say there's worse than 06.
Back on topic, 4:26 was awesome. Keep it up man.

And you are right dude, '06 is not that bad if you look past the glitches and loading times. The worst thing that happened to it was the rush to get it ready for the holiday season. If that didn't happen I'd bet it would have been received much much better.
Only problem I have with the story is the infamous kiss scene between Sonic and Elise. I don't know what was going on Sonic Team's mind when they did that.
The Meuol Oh yeah, I totally agree. There's definitely a lot wrong with the story. But, I feel like people make it out as if the game was destined to fail from the start.
I feel like Unleashed is the perfect example of a Sonic game that has a great story, villian, characters feel like themselves, while still remaining lighthearted. That's part of the reason I love it so much.
As much as I appreciate games like Colours, Generations and Lost World. The writing wasn't exactly the best, in terms of humor. More on the creditworthy side, if ya' ask me. Unleashed felt like a nice mesh of being funny and lighthearted, while still having that big ol' threat, Dark Gaia.
God, I love Unleashed.
+TheStoryteller I really should get to playing Unleashed one of these days because it's just filled with so many mixed opinions. Some people say it's great while other just prefer the day stages. I haven't hear anyone talk about the story, now that I think about it...

Th-that may be one of the best ace attorney videos I've ever seen. The pace, the sync, the music, the overarching structure you used for the video was beyond words. It kept me on edge and was worth every single second. The only thing I think could make this even more awesome, and this may be beyond nitpicking, is that, as enjoyable as the air guitar solo was, you developed more the clash between the Debestes and the SS-5 incident. Those were finales on and in themselves. But that'd require even more work, so is completely understandable. Amazing work there good sir!

God, I recently finally got to watch someone play through both AAI games (Jelloapocalypse on Twitch), and having context, man this video is awesome.
It's a shame we never got a "in sync with his father" moment for Edgeworth like how we got an "in sync with Mia" scene for Phoenix.
Clicked on this expecting the worst, considering it was sonic 06 music, but this is really fucking well made. No idea why it was recommended to me though

Most underrated video on the platform
It really hurts but kinda puts pride before it. Edgeworth was always a side character all of us saw like a villain at first yet he never put his pride before his job. Even though he is a fictional character , he deserves all the love we can give him. He's been through a lot , even more than Phoenix.
