If Mike rolls with Lance and makes it to the playoffs again and actually wins a game then that would be proof that Dak was the problem and not Mike. Not team building appropriately. 2nd is coaching in the details. Make too many mistakes. 3rd is penalties. I don't think that's ever going to change regardless of the HC.
