I think Goodwin gets cut with a (wink wink) deal to re-sign to practice squad and then be called up first 3 weeks and then see how performance and roster shakes out
I’d use that spot to keep Rogers
And I’d try and sign Vigil and Harvey to practice squad to help cover for Overshawn if necessary

It amazes me how so many pundits state flaws about QBs that are definitely applicable to Dak but he’s been inoculated from these criticisms his whole career for some reason. I don’t get it. Where was the whole “he was late” analysis when Dak’s receivers were taking heat rounds for not getting “separation” when the real reason was Dak was late af on the throws. And Dak has the worst pocket presence in the NFL still after 9 years. How are you gonna blame Lance for that when he’s barely played? I just want the same energy on this analysis for Dak, the “all-pro”.

I think the offensive coordinator left Lance for failure. Set up a player to win not let's see.

Did not keep Goodwin. Kept Vigil and the 2 IRR spots gave options but keyed on Ball and Butler or Muhammad

Trey Lance stinks. Why are these dudes scared to say it? He just needs more reps? Gimme a break. He ain’t getting any reps as a 3rd stringer.
In order to GET more reps you have to EARN more reps. Lance has demonstrated he can't read a defense either pre or post snap and this is his fourth training camp and preseason. He looks no better than he did in 2021. He can get 40 years worth of reps and that isn't changing.
