    This video is simple and to the point. Never really thought about using cycle markers before, but this makes it look useful. Thanks.

    Thank you very much for this video! Is it possible to enlarge the font of the markers?

      I haven't found a way to do this, but try coloring the markers to help better identify your sections.

    Hello, i've already create some mark cycle, but when i play the track and want jump between mark cycle, it didn't jump between mark cycle, instead it's always play on start position on the last stop. Any idea how to make the playing cycle like yours?
    *note, i also try to unclick on the preference-->transport-->Return to start Posistion on Stop, doesn't change the play cycle to like yours.
    Thanks

      If you are setting up Cycle Markers, you will have to select a range for that cycle like verse or chorus, etc, also make sure the Marker Track is highlighted when you are using key commands to move your cursor, hope this helps!

    Thanks. Might be good in future to explain briefly what you can do with XYZ before showing how you create an XYZ. But other than that nice short video. I am impatient so that's good for me.

      You are absolutely right, I am assuming people would know what a marker track is used for. You just gave me a great idea to make a video explaining all the different types of tracks in Cubase. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe! 😁

    Is possible to export all final mixdown with all the marker ( no cycle markers ) as audio markers?

    • @MaxR3DD
      @MaxR3DD  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can export the marker tracks to share with others only if you are using Cubase Pro version. Select the marker tracks you want, then export by going FILE > EXPORT > SELECTED TRACKS. Thanks for watching 🙏

      Not knowing what your set up is, gonna be hard to advise. I did find this interesting Reddit thread www.reddit.com/r/edmproduction/comments/nmnbq0/anyone_know_where_to_obtain_asio_directx_full/

    Hey Max, I have a drum loop with some variations every 2 bars. I want to split the event (full drum loop) into different events (drum loop variations) based on the cycle markers I made every 2 bars. I can mixdown from cycle markers, but sometimes I get clicks and the end. Any chance to split the full drum loop into different events based on cycle markers? This way I can do some auto-fades previously to mixdown the variations. Note: I can loop every cycle marker and split every loop but I have to do manually all one by one.

      Hi Cesar, I'm not sure what you mean, but I'll try to figure out. 1. The click might be the tail end of one of one of your sounds/samples, so maybe solo each one to hear and shorten or fade out the ones that bleed into the next part to reduce clicks. 2. You can highlight the section of the loop that you want as one event and render in place (this will give you a short loop in bounced audio, so may not be what you want for mixing) 3. If your loop is in Groove Agent or some other MIDI, you can dissolve parts to split the track and create channels for each instrument or sample. 4. Instead of cycle markers, use scissor tool, copy, paste, etc. to separate the loop at the different parts and arrange as needed. Hope any of this helps!

    WHaT KEY COMMANDS ARE YOU USING?

    • @MaxR3DD
      @MaxR3DD  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      B - Goes to far Left, N - goes to far Right, Command M - View Marker Window, Command Click - Adds a Marker, Command and a number - adds a marker at cursor, Space Bar - play and stop, / - activate looping. Thanks for watching!
