That's a good question, but I don't have a good answer. Cubase calculates tempo, but not swing that I am aware of. Live recordings tend to vary tempo throughout the track, so maybe set on the average tempo and try different swing patterns/settings that may sound good.
You can get copy groove settings from audio loop via sample editor/hitpoints/groove/quantize panel. Greg Ondo explains how in this video. At the 2hr18 timestamp. m.th-cam.com/video/-cFENf_5W0g/w-d-xo.html
@max r3dd. Question for ya as I'm going mental with cubase🤯. How do i put swing on individual midi tracks/events? When i do the swing quantize it applies it to all other midi tracks! Help
@@jvaddison select the midi track then on the left the inspector there's a drop down for midi inserts. You can then pick the quantizer effect and add swing to the individual track

Man this is WAY more complicated than I was hoping. Thanks for showing me, but Jesus...
No the most intuitive, but definitely trying to shed light on the matter, FL ruined it for others with just having one little button for swing!
I have always hated the complexity of basic swing in cubase.
For sure, hopefully this makes it easier to apply
