Oh this was fantastic Penny! 350 cals for me! 😁😁Trisets are not usually my faves but I'm determined to do the November calendar and they popped up. I loved it. I think it was the speed at which we rattled through them that i liked. No time to think about it as one exercise finished just have to get ready for the next set. I loved it. I think this is one of my faves. (I have soooo many faves! 😉😉) Must admit thought my "speed curls" in the finisher weren't very speedy. 😄😄 A bit 🥵🥵 by then. Feeling fantastic now. 💪🏻💪🏻 Thanks so much Penny. xxx

Haven’t worked out in a couple of weeks due to work taking up my time, and traveling. This was a great way to start work! I can compliments on my body all of time, and I always direct them to Penny’s videos!
Did this one twice already this week !!!luv it !! one exercise i would switch is the dumbell swing, maybe to lunges , i just skipped it all toether , hurts my knee really weird!! this is the workout i will do for 3 times a week for 3 to 4 weeks then i change it up and i try to progress my wieghts throughout the 4 weeks!!!

I noticed on the kneeling shoulder raise it was saying it was kickstand R deadlift but my choice would be a 10 minute savasna 😂

Its already the time where i, maybe not sure in my premenopause stage. so your workout help my mind..i love hard workout but i think i need to lower my expectarion to my body😁 ..the goal will be i can still workout and build muscles to get me ready when i grow older😁😁😁
i’m 42 soon and feeling the exact same way. i just injure myself if i try and do what i did in my 20’s and 30’s 😂 i try and not to push myself too hard now focus on strength and long walks and not cardio myself into the ground anymore ❤
that was awesome - perfect for me - but if i go to an hour work out i add static /courtesy /reverse/front lunges for lower and biceps/triceps for upper - but loved it to the max 🔥🔥thanks heaps

Penny, amazing as always. You are the trainer that I keep coming back to again & again. I have a question. My free weights don't go as high as yours (my heaviest is 15lbs). Do you suggest that i do the exercise slower or faster to get more benefit. (and yes, I know, getting heavier weights is on my to do list).
I’d go slower (time under tension) and even add a pause in the bottom of some movements. Even changing up the position of your dumbbell to a front rack or overhead position depending on the move. Also add a booty band if you have one. Some arm movements I like to go lighter and pump out more reps but legs always slower!! The burn will be next level!! Hope that helps 😅
Hey Penny The exercise is the first day. I can do it 3 days a week and add a daily walk of about 10-30 minutes. If I want to add an exercise to one of the channel’s challenges, any exercise that can help me lose fat and build muscle

Absolutely!! I workout a lot less intensely than I use too now and I have more rest days! My body thanks me for it!

Does a single leg deadlift feel better/give you more range? You could also add a booty band!
If anything, I'd add more stretching at the end, cuz as I move up I worry I'll neglect that without having you to follow along with 😅
