"One sin for every one day of the week" versus "one sin for everyone, day of the weak." Also, "Blood stain crime scene forensic" versus "blood stain crime scene for Ren's sick."
That pause in the third, "Have you ever felt..............pain?" - So much power in that break. This is the first song on the album and when I fired it up for the first time and it started with this, essentially unreleased track, I knew (or more accurately, it confirmed) this is something special. An entire album of nothing but hits. Every song worthy of attention. I also heard that this was the song Ren was the most proud of on the album. Money Game III is the video he is most proud of, but this was the song he felt really came together.
I'm 36, I've been disabled since I was 25. My 1st husband broke 39 of my bones, years later after doing the bare minimum so I could enjoy the rest of my youth and celb being just alive. Now I have Cancer autoimmune conditions brittle bones, pins plates screws hold me together. Meds keep me up on my feet for as long as I can stand. I felt this song in my soul, while I don't have limes, I have 3 extreme autoimmune, I can relate to pain the author pain the teacher. It's always there it's all you think of, you just pass time for the next med to do the same as they all do take a small percentage of pain off so we can try to enjoy life for those meek minutes if relief. To go back to my wheelchair and just watch the world continue around me. I know exactly how Ren feels. You are a living zombie while everyone else smiles and runs through life never fully understanding
I’ve been watching your reactions, silently, for quite some time… it’s so awesome to see how much you have gained such an appreciation and knowledge of the art of rap music and all of the key elements that make up this poetic genre❤
hello dear!! thank you for talking about chronic pain, i'm 72 yrs old and ren sings my life's songs. i love him!! he's brought me to so much help, such as in people like you! imho, he pairs up the sins to their designer. satan, as you said. kathleen bts renegade
Since you asked…666=evil. 7= good or holy. Now, to really blow you’re mind with rens writing skills, the line “666 followed by 7” yes, he’s going from evil to talking about the seven deadly sins…BUT 6 followed by 7 is 13. The number of years he’s been struggling. “13 years and I’ve been feeling so stuck” coincidence? I think not.
Just goddamn man that’s beyond deep in a thought provoking way and an extremely powerful way to sum up Rens skill with his lyrical genius, I couldn’t have said it better!
Graphically it is intense... it imposes itself, it enters through the eyes without asking for permission imposing itself through the color and brightness of the graphics and typographic size, and delivers the message without excuses... Do you want to hear it?!... Read it?!... Feel it?!... So there you have it!... Wonderful! Thanks
I have had chronic pain since 2013, 10 years of pain that NEVER went away. It is unbearable and there were times i wanted to give up. Only recently i found a solution that has saved me agony and it is an insane difference
I wish there were therapists like you where i live who understand pain i cant keep hearing "you can take some Tylenol" anymore im 32 and have spent the last 9 years in my room in my bed because of pain and depression almost all my drs have given up on me except my addiction treatment clean a little over 2 years now once i mentione addiction drs cringe and never look at me just through me its because i live in West Virginia one of the hardest states hit with the opioid crisis
20 years chronic angioedema severe swelling and hives all over my body since Iraq and the government just emitted they broke me but won't do s*** about it yet. I FEEL this song.
This has been my experience for about 20 years now. 5 Herniated discs, had an infection in my spine that caused horrific pain and I was paralyzed for 2 months below my waist, have neuropathy in my feet, currently have an issue with my intestines that I am having tests to determine if I need surgery, have multiple instances where I could have died, had sepsis that they caught just before it was critical, our first foster child drowned ( not while in our care ) that was tough. We lost multiple family members in the past few years. With my stepmom passing mid January. Every day after work I want to fall asleep because I don’t have pain when I’m asleep. I try really hard to not be moody, however there are times when I can’t control it. You never know what someone else might be going through
Ren has made me feel seen and heard and understood in this body that lives in chronic, undiagnosed pain…for YEARS! I know that I am not alone in feeling these things. The comments section is filled with people from all around the world, from all walks of life who have found a refuge, not solely in Ren and his music, but also in the community of people just like them. I am wondering if you have ever recommended listening to Ren to patients who live with chronic pain/ illness ?
That day on the kitchen floor is the day he fell into psychosis from the extreme psin and bitterness after yet another hopeful treatment gave him an autoimmune reaction, making his sumptoms about 5 times worse.

So, I was raised very very religious. 666 was the mark of the Beast according to Christian interpretation of Revelation. The number 7 represents God; 6 days to create the world but in day 7, God rests. The 7th day of the week is the holy day. But the 7 sins also equal 7, one could say there is a sin for every day of the week (weak). One could even say the greatest sin, greed, is reserved for the 7th day, if one were so inclined. This song is … really fucking deep on so many levels. Ren is so deep.
I like watching your analysis but I just noticed your pictures on your wall and it's very different since 2 of your pictures are blown up pictures of the other 2 lol

Wow haven't seen one of his reactions in awhile... But oh how the mighty have fallen when getting those views... Hardly broke thos down and barely mentioned Christ which he used to do all the time..
"One sin for every one day of the week" versus "one sin for everyone, day of the weak."
Also, "Blood stain crime scene forensic" versus "blood stain crime scene for Ren's sick."
"We exile the sheperds and follow the sheep" is the most cutting & true line in the song.
That pause in the third, "Have you ever felt..............pain?" - So much power in that break.

Masterpiece, best track of the album! ❤
"Crime scene, forensic" (for Ren's sick). Genius! :)

One of my absolute fave Ren tracks. So relatable as someone who lives with severe chronic pain. Great reaction 💜💜
Same
He actually had a psychotic break laying on that floor. Disassociated from life.
I have had chronic pain since 2013, 10 years of pain that NEVER went away. It is unbearable and there were times i wanted to give up. Only recently i found a solution that has saved me agony and it is an insane difference
The beginning of this song explains my daily life of severe chronic pain and depression perfectly . My favorite track on the Sick Boi album.
a perfect song from Ren!!

Hasn’t been anything this dense with doubles and intertext since Shakey was rapping the Globe.

Ren intentionally placed Greed as last sin/day - sunday..Genius❤😊
That day on the kitchen floor is the day he fell into psychosis from the extreme psin and bitterness after yet another hopeful treatment gave him an autoimmune reaction, making his sumptoms about 5 times worse.

Would love to hear your breakdown of Rainy Days by Kojaque.
I wanna hit the like button bit its on 665 oh the irony 😂😂😂
I hit it 😂🎉
Lucky number 13. 6+7=13. Also because 666 is the number of the beast which ties into the 7 sins. Always multiple layers.
Additionally, 7 is widely considered a lucky number in many cultures. In this case, quite ironically.
@@Cdaddy78 But the line in the song is "Lucky number 13, just my luck"
@@67goat yes, said ironically, tongue in cheek style, since 13 is historically considered an unlucky number.
@@Cdaddy78 That part is obvious.
please listen to jazmin bean- best junkie you adore its a deep but good song!
