It's called Defrag and it's amazing, it's played in such games as Quake 3 Arena, Quake Live, Xonotic and Warsow. There's also jumping in Urban Terror which is great but has stamina, wall jumps and crouch sliding
Yes very similar, they implemented a dash function (mouse2 default setting) wich allows you to bounce on surfaces/change direction while keeping momentum. Even faster pace than q3. Used to be a freestyle mode like defrag, I was a very active player in 2015
Please do not compress your videos that much in an editor. Sometimes 1080p lools like 480p in your vid. And I would turn down jumping sounds a little bit.

It literally hasnt changed in over 15 years bud.. its CPM movement with dash and walljump as it has always been
