    I'm currently living with my parents and I disturb them all day by telling what I read everyday . I think unknowingly it is a great way to remember what you read. And now I’m currently about 80% through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone. I have read a lot of entrepreneurial books and self improvement books, and this book is my absolute favorite. This book is extraordinary and really gets you to work extremely hard toward your goals in life and succeed at multiple different areas like personal finance, business and career. This is an absolute must buy if you need a push to get you going in business or you want more out of life.

    Here's the new lineup as I see it, based on my expertise and business success. 1. "The E-Myth" 2. "Scaling Up" 3. "Who" 4. "Top Grading" 5. "Profit First". Read these and you don't need to waste your time reading Traction, Rocket fuel or Blitz Scaling.

    I'm really enjoying your TH-cam channel. I've read many business books but recently read E-Myth Revisited. I am now listening to everything PROCESSES. We are a small successful 3 person business that has very true processes and is constantly overwhelming. I'm glad to have found your company. I'm looking to engage you and Michael Gerber's company to see who would be the best fit to coach us. I'm very tired of doing everything and understand the value of processes and hiring more people but I'm afraid to take those next steps. I look forward to contacting you in the new year and again thank you for your great content.

    Loving the humour (us brits got to stick together 💪🏻) awesome recommendations. Just something I noticed but there were some things repeated in different words so made my attention drift towards the end of each book explanation. PS I don't like reading so will listen to people that have read them 😅

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes this is something I’m trying to balance... I hear from some audiences that repetition is good for reassurance and also people absorb information in different ways so trying to get these different ways in so one of them hopefully hits home... But you’re also right, repetition can also make people lose focus / patience / sanity... 😅 so I’ll try to keep them lean in future and see how that plays out! Thanks again for the constructive comments!

    • @DannyHatcherTech
      @DannyHatcherTech 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@CEOEntrepreneur well if your target audience is people like me (short attention span) maybe adjust things but if it is for more 'professional' people it looks good 😁

    Agree with all except blitz scaling. It SUCKS. Of course that's just MY personal opinion. Also there's an audio book called "SCALING". it is AMAZING for giving AMAZING little "systems hacks" for small business that are ACTUALLY APPLICABLE in REAL TIME for a business owner of ANY SIZE.

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Tigrey! Blitz scaling was not one of the main books I was recommending. It was a bonus read and the reason I added it here is it’s always good to see that you can sometimes break the rules and take risks. It’s not meant as a guide for running a typical business. I Will check out the audio book you recommend.

    Have you ready E Myth Mastery The Seven Essential Disciplines for Building a World Class Company? I just bought it but have not read it. I understand that it's similar to Traction in regards to setting up processes. If you have read it which is a better recommendation as I look to build processes into my company?

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have read it yes... It's good, but as an overall 'Operating System' for your business, I think Traction is simpler to grasp initially. I think both compliment each other as they approach things from slightly different perspectives. Neither are perfect and in every case, you will need to adapt things to work for you and your business. Have you watched our 1hr business masterclass on the channel? If not, here's a link ( th-cam.com/video/c2VY3zubZkY/w-d-xo.html ) as I think it will give you a framework to adopt and adapt and then you can pick different tools for each part of the framework. Let me know how you get on! Would you like me to cover more books in another video?

    • @jgenegallegos3535
      @jgenegallegos3535 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for the insight on both books. After watching your book review I did watch a few reviews on Traction. I finally purchased an audiobook subscription and I'm listening to the E-Myth book and we'll listen to Traction next. I'm really enjoying perspective of the second E Myth. However, understanding the premise of each book I still believe I'm going to need some one-on-one consulting for my company to get processes in place and learn how to run the business with the future in mind rather than head down and working my tail off day in and day out. I have watched I believe every single one of your videos except the one hour master class. I will definitely do that. As far as another video on recommended books for small business entrepreneurs absolutely! for a few years now I've been a huge fan of Dave Ramsey and the circle of businesses similar to his like Donald Miller (Business Made Simple) and Patrick Lencioni. Unfortunately none of the books, including Donald Miller's business made simple, don't offer quite the same practical application as the E Myth books and your company do. Thank you for making time to reply to my initial comment.
