This prefab house offers several different options and is built by Holmes Modular Building Systems. The model is called the “Southern Farmhouse.” It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an option for a 4th bedroom, and approximately 1,824 square feet of living space. yes, you can lol. I've done several triple wide's that where at that or less. I guess it really just comes down to brand name and options with in, but you are right! 😁

Not for everyone I understand. Holms has three to four tiers that they offer for pricing. If you check out their site, the essential series is their least expensive and they go up from there. 😊
