Beautiful home! I myself just retired and would like to know how much bills would be as far as electric gas etc? The Tiny homes are supposed to be alot more cost effective? Do they keep the heat out very well on hot days? What about the cold days? wondering if during the summer will i need to use Air conditioning all day? Any information would help me to decide what to purchase in the next month or two. I have spoken with Tiny and he's been a great guy to speak with. This is the most GORGEOUS Tiny Home I have ever seen...and I have been watching this channel for over 3 years. This should definitely be a model available. My favorites are the color selection, including the white pine walls and gray stained ceilings. I love the custom bed allowing for a door in the back with a beautiful porch. It would be great to have it screened in. I never understood the windows on the porches but on this home it made sense, symmetry and sunlight but blocking the rain. Just beautiful! Of course, us old folks would love to go to Luckenbach, Texas with Waylon and Willie and the boys!

What a gorgeous home! Love the colors and interior walls in that stained white pine and contrasting ceiling is very cool. It’s just missing a hot tub on the rear porch then it would be perfect . The designer of this home and owners who finished it so tastefully did a wonderful job. Good job showcasing it Mr Tiny I really enjoy watching these videos because of you.
I love that loft. The shower is gorgeous, and the Scandinavian oakwood floor is probably my favorite.

Seeing you sitting in that loft in a chair and being over six feet tall was a shocker. I'd still like to see a model with a full height loft one day. And the contrast of the natural wood ceiling with the white wash wall color is a great look that's a contrast that works it sound be a regular option in all models.
In order to be classified as a tiny home by regulation, it cannot have any more than 399 square feet and a loft cannot be any higher than 4 feet tall. This is why you always see lofts with beds without frames etc. Some tiny homes get really creative by putting a walkway parallel to the loft with the w/d underneath or a low table underneath so you can at least stand as you get in/out of bed. Others Ive seen have a desk in the loft with a foot well dangling beneath in an unused area so you can have correct body posture. It's fascinating seeing how the various companies maximize the 399 sq feet. RCC seems to be one of the best and their variety of models is beyond impressive.

Love the front and back porches … adds so much to the house when you can bring the outside inside. Very clever kitchen island … narrow and attractive and doesn’t take away much space like a bulky counter style island.
The Tumbleweed is one of my favorite models. I love what The Joly's did with theirs using the gray color on the exterior. I also love the side door to the back patio which is very unique because in my opinion, having sliding doors from your bedroom to the back patio for me just doesn't offer enough privacy, especially if entertaining and you don't want people walking through your bedroom so I love how that is done.

I love this series and I love this home. The one big negative, in my opinion, is the omission of a washer and dryer. Especially in the situation where the home is available to rent for a week, and given that there's lots of Loft space for children, a washer and dryer are definitely needed.

Since it is in a resort type area, I’m thinking there may be a laundry area on site?
I used to have a vacation rental with a washer/dryer. It amazes me how poorly renters treated them. If it's possible to NOT have a w/d in a vacation rental, i'd recommend it.
One thing I’d consider adding, a side walkway from the front to the back deck. If it was not a rental, you would then not need a door from the master bedroom. Then, you could add a small hot tub! Lol!
Yes. I would also eliminate the door to the back deck from the bedroom completely and have the closet be from one wall to the other, double hung. Probably 20 feet of hanging space, a decent sized closet.
That bump out on the walk up steps is a perfect place for a barbecue grill and it would be nice to build a covered metal roof mainly for the barbecue grill 😂.
My thoughts exactly. Plus I was picturing a fireplace and TV......back porch, right? 🙂

Screen in front and back porch with screen under the front and back porch with a screen door on the front and back porch...critter free...matter of fact triple screened all around to make it even more difficult for critters to interrupt your relaxation...the layout on the inside will be completely different added with a security alarm and hidden cameras on the outside...when you travel you want to be able to see your home far away from home...incase something goes wrong.
Shoot why does Texas always have all the good stuff lol .So many styles to choose from . I think I live too far away to get a tiny home from Texas but I love to look at them .

gorgeously decorated and tasteful use of space. the outdoor dining setup on the back porch is a really nice touch. I'm so jelly up here in Michigan, they just don't make park models like a REAL home up here. These RRC homes actually look like they're trying - and they understand aesthetics, beautiful woods and warmth. All we get is those awful vinyl boxes with no porches, no accent walls, and that horrific paneling interior with the obnoxious connecting strips.... ann that horrific color palette... tan, another tan, gray, another gray, plastic white, light brown, possibly the ugliest blue ever, and if you're lucky, a plastic sage or washed out red. I can't STAND THEM.
So, enjoy what you have, Texas. Before anyone says it can it shipped, I kinda worry how a long distance shipping will compromise the home structure. And with the rapidly increasing cost on these units (probably increased, about 20-30% in the last two years?) AND a hefty shipping cos, plus hiring local installers just makes it too much :(

I'm curious - doesn't the inclusion of the permanent stairs to the front porch mean it no longer qualifies as a towable house / trailer house / RV? It's now a permanent structure like a regular house instead? And wouldn't that alter the regulations around it, and the taxes / tax amount one would have to pay on this property?? And even if it's now allowed to remain on a site designated as an RV resort??

Americans are crazy to set bed right below under main house support wood, that means bad luck and in face to danger of illness. Another big problem is set bed right front of window that is another bad fortune which means life is without support and sleep in overwhelming...... easy to be sick! these are basic knowledge should avoid but unbelievably everybody did same stupid things!.......
I enjoyed this Dream Getaway but I thought the outer color was too dark. Like another commenter I would like to see a loft where one is able to stand, though I prefer w/o loft. Love that back porch and light colored flooring. Please thank the client for allowing us to see many possibilities in the decor.

Love this tiny. I love using air bnb’s but I do require laundry especially when you’re staying for days and even sometimes weeks. Also I would chose not to have the bathroom cabinet on the counter as renters really need counter space for toiletries.

Love the porches. Fireplace, i want a wood burning. Washer n dryer in. I have a rolling island, marble, and a great oak table n chairs, claw foot. Love the stairs. I have a carved chest for a coffee table, id have a bigger couch, that would fold out to a bed, store linens in that chest.

Just a lovely, lovely floorplan with all the details. I just would have a screened-in back porch and put in stainless steel refrigerator and stove in the kitchen. The black ones are too dark. Other than that, I love the spacious feel and the colors they chose. I love both porches and if NOT a rental I would have to find a spot for a washer and dryer. Since it is a rental they were wise to leave it out. I love this so much--I could almost move in!

Did you see that video where the lady was moving around her loft on a dolly? That made it a lot easier. I started out thinking that lofts were horrible, but I'm coming around to liking them.

Washer/dryer more important than food storage for rental. One cabinet can be used for cereal etc.
I have noticed in a lot of the new homes today. Have these fancy mirrors in the restrooms. I would much rather have medicine cabinet.

I love the colors and surprisingly, even the black appliances. I thought I didn't like them, but I have to say- I'm so over stainless steel. Shows scratches and even some small dents that I have no idea how they happened. I think I would be good with the black now.

Microwaves over stoves NEVER work. Needs to be moved. Otherwise, very nice.
I like them in the walls but every home I have had it was over the stove. I don't think they are a problem
place chair in corner by door on angle, table between chair &loveseat also on slight angle, will open up window an seem more welcoming
Love this home. But I would make the porch smaller to give more room inside kitchen/living room and I would eliminate the dormers over the porch area.
Hi Jeffe, the great thing about these 10 ft porches, is that they don’t reduce the square footage of the home of 399 sq ft. They are added to give more overall living space. All these park model homes are 399 sq ft sans any decks.
I love the model, but the rear porch I would have it enclosed and I would choose the washer and dryer, instead of the pantry. Overall its Nice

I like the design but the only ISSUE to me is the back porch access is through the bedroom.
Where do people sit? Only love seat in LR. Guess this a rental for two. Do agree, needs a washer and dryer. Who wants to take things in town to laundrymat.
They have a laundromat in the community. I bet the bean bag and chairs upstairs could come down stairs
This is nice. But I'd take the front porch and cut it to a third of what it is and split that extra space in the very front room and back bedroom. That way the entry is covered and you still have the other porch.The back porch needs to be wired and strong enough for a hot tub. More bedroom space and living rm space. With a tad more bedroom space you could do a dresser with what is already there. And a larger high end fireplace. The fireplace in the front could be thought out better. Less windows and put a high end one in the corner. Now it can be a vacation rental or a house in the mtns etc...Just my opinion. I really love most of the finishes. I bet this baby is pricey. Lots of eye candy. And it's cool. I liked it. But I watched this video twice now and I heard this is the magic 399 sq. foot which makes it qualified to be considered an RV. I'm not sure of that advantage but I know that can be important.

Like=You can sit in a chair in the loft. Normally you are on your knees in the loft.
I am Color person, I couldn’t imagine me buying a home with a dark ceiling gold or silver light blue or white that’s my type.oh God!God no! I know lots of people like it dark ,love you Mr. tiny always dressed to impress man! The house is fabulous fabulous as always💵💵💵💵💵💵💵👍🏿
