What do you think about taking Bupropion in the morning and a low dose of Mirtazipine in the evening if you suffer from both, fatigue and heavy sleeping disorders?
this may cause over activation (noradrenaline response) and therefore agitation. Both drugs increase noradrenaline but via different mechanisms, therefore higher risk of over activation
I agree, that it depends. If you have received some benefit from 300mg, initially or partially when it began, with few side effects, it could be worth a shot to speak with your provider. I am in training and have seen this work with some patients in the practice. It worked to the patient’s satisfactory, which is key.
How are we measuring partial and non responders? Are we seeing them taking the medication or is this based on patient report. The problem being is that we live in this fantasy world where we believe that people actually take their medication.
Thank you for posting this informational and helpful video! It is good to see some legitimate info or there in video form.

What about Bupropion for anxiety?
Supplemnts like 5htp or dapavor can help with sertonin ,wellbutrin is very week on dopamine
Wellbutrin is definitely not weak on dopamine
Wellbutrin is amazing the only meds that has helped my dysthymia
Very informative! Thanks
Is there any benefit of going from 300-450 mg?
effective dosage stops at 300mg, so 450mg would be ineffective
No. 300 mg is most effective dosage. 450 mg only increases side effects
It depends on your individual response to the dosages, what drugs you are combining it with, etc.
