The Warning are incredible! 3 beautiful sisters from Mexico who have been playing together for most of their lives. They write and record incredible music. Their vocals are incredible. Their live stage performances are top notch. They have the potential to return Rock to the mainstream. They will be huge one day.
The Warning is a vibe that is hard to resist. An absolute live sound monster, their performance talents are so good that you are not sure who watch. Their last concert in Mexico City at the Pepsi Center is incredible. Start with Disciple and work your way through. Most reactors cant stop once they start with it. Have fun.
If you liked The Warning's collaboration with BAND-MAID on "Show Them," you should check out more of their work. The Warning is a rock band from Monterrey, Mexico, made up of three sisters: Dany (24, guitar/vocals), Pau (22, drums/vocals), and Ale (20, bass/vocals). They’ve been making music since they were kids and are known for their powerful live performances. A great place to start would be their 2023 10th anniversary concert at the Pepsi Center in Mexico City, beginning with the opening track, "Disciple." It’s a perfect introduction to their live energy. The collaboration between BAND-MAID and The Warning on "Show Them" began back in 2022 when the two bands met for the first time at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California. The Warning was already familiar with BAND-MAID’s music, and the encounter sparked an immediate connection. In December 2023, Kanami, BAND-MAID’s guitarist, sent The Warning a rough demo for "Show Them," with the idea of creating a song that would bring out new aspects of both bands' sounds. Miku worked on the lyrics in collaboration with The Warning, blending ideas from both groups to shape the song’s message and feel. The creative process involved back-and-forth exchanges via Zoom and meetings to refine the track, which was already a unique experience for both bands. Things moved to another level when The Warning visited Japan in June 2024, where they worked together in person. This presented some challenges, including language and cultural differences, but also brought a new depth to the collaboration. Both bands worked to balance the original demo's structure with fresh ideas, incorporating elements that stayed true to their sounds while also pushing them into new creative spaces. The song was performed live in Tokyo with all eight members of BAND-MAID and The Warning on stage, an unforgettable moment that showcased the unity between the two bands. If you're interested in a deeper look into the collaboration, The Warning shared a behind-the-scenes vlog titled "Our First Time in Japan with Band-Maid," which captures the entire experience-from their initial meetings to rehearsing in Japan and the live performance. It’s a great way to see how the song came together and the connection between both bands.
Welcome to The Warning. 3 sisters from Mexico. I like Band Maid.. I will travel the world to see The Warning play live.. The sound is absolutely massive for a trio. The vocals when all 3 start signing are unmatched..The Warning Army is coming to visit. Are ya ready ? Try Evolve Live at The MTV VMAs 2023.. 💥🤯💥✌️
Band Maid and The Warning are two of my favorite bands. They share a large common fan base which helps me to appreciate them all the more. Mexico and Japan comming together to make us happy. Thank you for checking them out.
wow that was a great reaction, you will love The Warning, Thanks for sharing! i'm in! sure, i suggest anything from the Pepsi Center and i really do mean anything, thanks again!
Thanks from Japan 有難う 💛。 I witnessed the live debut of this song 😍 that was played together (once and only to date) as the encore & finale of the special concert by Band-Maid & The Warning on June 12, 2024 in Roppongi, Tokyo . My seat was located on the 2nd floor but in the center meaning in front of the two drummers. I was in bliss! It looked to me that Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed like a duel to see which drummer can kick harder enough to break their bass drum in the joint performance. 🤣 (FYI : In the special concert, The Warning, who opened as the special guest, performed so powerful that the Maids were fired up to start their turn with fullest energy as the hostess band. It was fun like a kind of match by two martial art fighters respecting each other. Saiki went hoarse at the end 😄) Note : Please check a video released in The Warning official channel that captures beautiful friendship with Band-Maid. It was filmed in Japan.
Funny. I had been watching groups like Band Maid, Nemophila, and Love Bites by reactors and recently came across The Warning almost by accident. I would read comments recommending the reactor listen to a certain song by The Warning, and i decided to listen to them myself. Initially, i was not impressed because their musical style seemed less complicated with almost no guitar solos compared to the Asian bands, and the lead singer had a lower register voice that seemed more limited. But i listened some more, reading the comments about how these ladies were bringing back a more classic rock, alternative rock style. Reading more about them helped me appreciate the skills they possessed, especially for a three-piece group. Now six months later, having watched their live performances, their musical excellence in their chosen genre has made me a dedicated fan. Their whole discography is worth listening to. You cant go wrong reacting to The Warning.
You Have Been Warned . . Kind of . Have subbed for more from The Warning More from The Warning Army have/will popin for a chat with history and song sugestions . . Till next time take care . . Happy new year Bye from New Zealand💐👍👋🇳🇿twa
W I N !!!!! 🎀 W I N !!!⚡I think we can just say, at their level, Band-Maid and The Warning are equal peers at the very top of the "Rock" pile. I’ve watched “Show Them” 50 times now and still haven’t been able to drop my eyes down to the lyrics.🤘😂 Thx, Rebeka! Btw -- I was just thinking: Band-Maid and The Warning, two very different bands, found something that would bring them together -- music! If only the people of the world could find something that would bring them together. I know... if peace and prosperity isn't enough, how about uniting for the very survival of our species! 🤔
Hi, I'm here to ask for more reactions for "THE WARNING" Today you found the best Rock Trio on the planet today. Try Them LIVE AT THE PEPSI CENTER CDMX.. DISCIPLE & DUST TO DUST/DULL KNIVES (cut better) this band is absolutely brilliant. 🌏✌️
Hi Rebeka. The Warning are three sisters from Mexico. All three can take turns singing lead and play the piano. As little kids over 10 years ago they did covers of Guns and Roses, Muse, Foo Fighters and Metallica. When they got older they opened for Guns and Roses, Foo Fighters and Muse. Both Matt Bellamy of Muse and Lzzy Hale of Halestorm gifted the eldest sister Dany with a guitar. Metallica invited The Warning to rework Enter Sandman with Canadian singer Alessia Cara for Metallica’s Blacklist album. They started out performing in front of school kids 10 years ago. You should check out their concert at the Pepsi Center last year with 8,000 fans and in Poland in front of 50,000 fans. Their fans around the world sing with the band during concerts with TW songs in English, Spanish, some French and a bit of Japanese. They have a Vlog of their time with Band-Maid working together on the song and hanging out together.

As much as I think this is a great collaboration, it barely scratches the surface of either band’s sound and abilities. You should definitely check out more of The Warning, live performances are their strong point. The Pepsi Center show that others have mentioned is their most recent professionally recorded concert and it’s gold from start to finish. Within a couple songs they’ll be your new favorite band. Thanks.
The Warning is awesome! Especially their live performances! (Their videos are great too) ... I hope you go down this reaction rabbit hole! On a side note, another artist worth checking out is a Russian singer named Diana Ankudinova. Her version of "Can't Help Falling In Love" is a good place to start, and will blow your mind. 🙂
While this is an interesting Collaboration, it is not really in the style of either Band. Many BM fans saying it sounds like a The Warning song, and vice versa. It was also written in a higher key than either Dany or Saiki usually sing. Dany has invited Band Maid to come to Mexico and sing a song in Spanish with them… maybe this summer? From interviews it sounds like TW has already written some possible collab songs.
Greetings from Denmark. The Warning is in my band top 3 together with Epica and Nighwish. No bad songs from our dear mexican ladies. Their real power is LIVE performances, so any live song you pick up from them is a good song. If you need a bit more guidance, then the Pepsi Center CDMX show or more recently the Pol'and'Rock show (2024) are good starting points. Please, do the show in order, and you'll get a pretty good overview of their original repertoire.
Great reaction and I'll only make one comment - Saiki (Band-Maid singer) really doesn't speak English, Dany, the singer for The Warning coached Saiki on her English pronunciation. Thanks for the reaction.
As a collaboration, Show Them is a good song but as a necessary compromise in styles, not the best representation of either band’s discography. Highly recommend The Warning’s pro-recorded live performance videos, e.g. Pepsi Center CDMX or MTV MUSIC Awards. 👍😎
This has been an effective marketing tool, but I think most people aren't that blown away by it really. It's fine. I'm not a BM fan, but appreciate that their own material might be significantly better than this. However, I am a huge fan of the Warning and if this collab brings more people to investigate what they are capable of then I'm all for it!
The Warning are incredible!
